सा.का.जन. 515(अ).— राष्ट्रपजत, संजिधान के अनुच्छेद 320 के खंड (3) के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग
करते हुए, संघ लोक सेिा आयोग (परामिश से छूट) जिजनयम, 1958 का और संिोधन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जिजनयम
बनाते हैं, अथाशत्:-
1. संजक्षप्त नाम और प्रारंभ —(1) इस जिजनयम का संजक्षप्त नाम संघ लोक सेिा आयोग (परामिश से छूट), तीसरा
संिोधन, जिजनयम, 2021 है।
(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख से लागू होंगे।
2. संघ लोक सेिा आयोग (परामिश से छूट) जिजनयम, 1958 में, अनुसूची I में, मद (26) और उससे संबंजधत
प्रजिजियों के पश्चात जनम्नजलजखत मद और उससे संबंजधत प्रजिजियों को अंत:स्ट्थाजपत दकया जाएगा, अथाशत्:—
“(27). नागर जिमानन मंत्रालय के अधीन नागर जिमानन महाजनदेिालय (डीजीसीए) (िेतन मैट्ररक्स में स्ट्तर-15)
में महाजनदेिक(डीजी) के पद पर भरने के जलए”

New Delhi, the 28th July, 2021
G.S.R. 515(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to clause (3) of article 320 of the
Constitution, the President hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Union Public Service
Commission (Exemption from Consultation) Regulations, 1958, namely:-
1.
Short title and commencement.- (1) These regulations may be called the Union Public Service Commission
(Exemption from Consultation), Third Amendment, Regulations, 2021.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2.
In the Union Public Service Commission (Exemption from Consultation) Regulations, 1958, in SCHEDULE-
I after item (26) and the entries relating thereto, the following item and the entries relating thereto shall be inserted,
namely:-
―(27) For filling up the post of Director General (DG) in Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) (Level-15 in
the pay matrix) under the Ministry of Civil Aviation.‖
