का.अ. 3051(ऄ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार ने, राष्ट्रीय राजमागग ऄजधजनयम, 1956 (1956 का 48) (जजसे आसमें आसके
पश्चात् ईक्त ऄजधजनयम कहा गया है) की धारा 3क की ईपधारा (1) के ऄधीन जारी की गइ भारत सरकार के सड़क
पररवहन और राजमागग मंत्रालय की ऄजधसूचना संख्या का.अ. 1552(ऄ), तारीख 12 ऄप्रैल, 2021, जो भारत के राजपत्र,
ऄसाधारण भाग II, खण्ड 3, ईपखण्ड (ii) में प्रकाजित की गइ थी, द्वारा राजस्ट्थान राज्य के ऄजमेर जजले में राष्ट्रीय
राजमागग संख्या 79ए के दक.मी. 16+000 से दक.मी. 35+000 तक और राष्ट्रीय राजमागग संख्या 79 के
दक.मी. 15+000 से दक.मी. 34+400 (दकिनगढ़ से गुलाबपुराऺ सेक्िन) तक के भूखण्ड के जनमागण (चौडा करने/छः लेन का
बनाने अदद), ऄनुरक्षण, प्रबंध और प्रचालन के लोक प्रयोजन के जलए ईस ऄजधसूचना से ईपाबद्ध ऄनुसूची में जवजनर्ददष्ट
भूजम का ऄजगन करने के ऄपने अिय की घोषणा की थी ;
और ईक्त ऄजधसूचना का सार ईक्त ऄजधजनयम की धारा 3क की ईपधारा (3) के ऄधीन तारीख "01.05.2021"
को "दैजनक भास्ट्कर" और "दैजनक नवज्योजत" दोनों में प्रकाजित दकया गया था ;
और अक्षेप प्राप्त हुए थे और सक्षम प्राजधकारी ने ईन पर जवचार कर जलया है और अक्षेपों को ऄननुज्ञात कर
ददया है ;
और सक्षम प्राजधकारी ने ईक्त ऄजधजनयम की धारा 3घ की ईपधारा (1) के ऄनुसरण में, केन्द्रीय सरकार को ऄपनी
ररपोर्ग दे दी है ;

ऄतः ऄब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राजधकारी की ईक्त ररपोर्ग प्राप्त हो जाने पर और ईक्त ऄजधजनयम की धारा 3घ
की ईपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह घोषणा करती है दक ईक्त ऄनुसूची में जवजनर्ददष्ट भूजम का
पूवोक्त प्रयोजन के जलए ऄजगन दकया जाना चाजहए ;
और ऄब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, ईक्त ऄजधजनयम की धारा 3घ की ईपधारा (2) के ऄनुसरण में यह घोषणा करती है दक
आस ऄजधसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकािन पर, ईक्त ऄनुसूची में जवजनर्ददष्ट भूजम सभी जवल्लंगमों से मुक्त होकर अत्यजन्द्तक रूप
से केन्द्रीय सरकार में जनजहत हो जाएगी ।

राष्ट्रीय राजमागग संख् या 79 के 15+000 दक.मी. से 34+400 दक.मी. (दकिनगढ - गुलाबपुरा सेक्िन) तक के जलए ऄजगन

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 29th July, 2021
S.O. 3051(E).—Whereas by notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road
Transport and Highways, S.O. 1552(E), dated 12 April, 2021 published in Gazette of India, Extraordinary,
Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) issued under sub-section(1) of section 3A of the National Highways Act,
1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intention to
acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for building (widening/six-
laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation of National Highway No. 79A on the stretch of land
from Km. 16+000 to Km. 35+000 and National Highway No. 79 on the stretch of land from Km. 15+000 to
Km. 34+400 (Gulabpura to Chittorgarh section) in the District of Bhilwara in the State of Rajasthan;

And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “Dainik Bhaskar” and
Dainik Navjoyti” both dated the 01.05.2021 ; under sub-section (3) of section 3A of said Act;
And whereas, objections have been received and same have been considered and disallowed by the
Competent Authority;
And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Competent
Authority has submitted its report to the Central Government;
Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority, and in exercise of the
powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares
that the land specified in the Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;
And further in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government
hereby declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said
Schedule shall vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
SCHEDULE
Brief description of the land to be acuired, with or without structure, falling within the stretch of
land from Km. 16+000 to Km. 35+000 of National Highway No. 79A and Km. 15+000 to 34+400 of
National Highway No. 79 (Kishangarh-Gulabpura Section) in the state of Rajasthan.
