ईथेन पाइपलाइन जलजमटेड की दहेज़ - नागोथेन ईथेन पाइपलाइन के जलए पेरोजलयम और खजनि पाइपलाइन (भूजम में

प्रयोक्ता के अजधकार का अिजन) अजधजनयम, 1962 के तहत श्री जवश्वनाथ नारायण वेटकोली, उप समाहताज (सेवाजनवृत्त),

महाराष्ट्र को सक्षम अजधकारी के कायो का जनवजहन करने के जलए प्राजधकृत करती है l

महाराष्ट्र राज् य में मैससज ररलायंस ईथेन पाइपलाइन जलजमटेड के जलए ददनांक 18.03.2021 को भारत के

असाधारण रािपत्र में प्रकाजित ददनांक 12.03.2021 की अजधसूचना संख्या का.आ. 1249(अ) द्वारा पूवज में अजधसूजचत

सक्षम प्राजधकारी, श्री अरुण पी. जवधाले, आई ए एस (सेवाजनवृत्त), मुंबई, महाराष्ट्र को जनरस्ट्त दकया िाता है l

3.

यह अजधसूचना िारी होने की तारीख से लागू होगी।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 30th July, 2021

S.O. 3066(E).—In pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines

(Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), (hereinafter called the said Act), the

Government of India hereby authorizes Shri Vishwanath Narayan Vetkoli, Deputy Collector (Retired),

Maharashtra to perform the functions of Competent Authority under the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines

(Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 for Dahej – Nagothane Ethane Pipeline of M/s. Reliance

Ethane Pipeline Limited for the areas falling under District – Raigarh, Thane and Palghar in the State of

Maharashtra.

2. Earlier notified Competent Authority for M/s. Reliance Ethane Pipeline Limited in the State of

Maharashtra, Shri Arun P. Vidhale, IAS (Retired), Mumbai, Maharashtra vide S.O. 1249(E) dated

12.03.2021 published in the Extraordinary Gazette of India dated 18.03.2021 stands de-notified.

This notification will be effective from the date of its issue.
