सा.का.जन. 520(ऄ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, प्रजतभूजत संजिदा (जिजनयमन) ऄजधजनयम, 1956 (1956 का 42) की धारा 30
द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, प्रजतभूजत संजिदा (जिजनयमन) जनयम, 1957 का और संिोधन करने के जलए
जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाती है, ऄथायत् :-
1. (1) आन जनयमों का संजिप्त नाम प्रजतभूजत संजिदा (जिजनयमन) (दूसरा संिोधन) जनयम, 2021 है ।
(2) ये राजपत्र में ईनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रिृत्त होंगे ।
2. प्रजतभूजत संजिदा (जिजनयमन) जनयम, 1957 के जनयम 19क के ईपजनयम (5) के पश्चात् जनम्नजलजखत ईपजनयम
ऄंतःस्ट्थाजपत दकया जायेगा:-
“(6) ईप जनयम (1) से ईप जनयम (5) में दकसी बात के ऄंतर्थिष्ट होते हुए भी, केन्द्रीय सरकार लोक जहत में दकसी
सूचीबद्ध पजललक सेक्टर कंपनी को आस जनयम के दकसी या सभी ईपबंधों से छूट प्रदान कर सकेगी।”

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 30th July, 2021
G.S.R. 520(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 30 of the Securities Contracts
(Regulation) Act, 1956 (42 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to
amend the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Rules, 1957, namely:—
1. (1) These rules may be called as Securities Contracts (Regulation) (Second Amendment) Rules,
2021.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Rules, 1957, in rule 19A, after sub-rule (5) the following
sub-rule shall be inserted, namely :-
“(6) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-rules (1) to (5), the Central Government may, in
the public interest, exempt any listed public sector company from any or all of the provisions of
this rule.”
