का.आ. 3079(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय रािमागग अजधजनयम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3 के खंड

(क) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, नीचे दी गयी अनुसूची मे यथा जवजनददष्ट हुब्बल्ली धारवाड़ बाईपास NH48

के दकमी 402.600 दकमी. से 433.000 दकमी. तक के भुखण्ड के संबंध में उि राष्ट्रीय रािमागग के जनमागण (चौड़ाकरने/

चार लेन का बनाने, आदद), अनुरक्षण,प्रबंध और प्रचालन हेतु उि अजधजनयम के अधीन सक्षम प्राजधकारी के कृत्यों का

पालन करने के जलए इस अजधसूचना के रािपत्र मे प्रकािन दक तारीख से सक्षम प्राजधकारी के रूप मे प्राजधकृत करती है।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 30th July, 2021

S.O. 3079(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act,

1956(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule

annexed here to as the competent authorities to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect

from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the bypass road connecting Hubli

Dharwad twin cities stretch of land from Km. 402.600 to Km. 433.000 of the NH48 (old NH4) for building (widening

/ four-laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation in the State of KARNATAKA
