प्रयोग करते हुए केंद्र सरकार सुश्री मंिुला िास, न्याजयक सिस्ट्य, केंद्रीय प्रिासजनक अजधकरण, गुिार्ाटी खंडपीठ को

दिनांक 1 अगस्ट्त 2021 से जनयुि दकए गए जनयजमत अध्यक्ष के अपना पिभार ग्रर्ण करने की तारीख, अथिा सुश्री मंिुला

िास के 65 िर्ि की आयु प्राप्त करने की तारीख, अथिा अगले आिेिों, िो भी पर्ले र्ो, तक एतद्द्वारा अध्यक्ष, केंद्रीय

प्रिासजनक अजधकरण के रूप में कायि करने के जलए प्राजधकृत करती र्ै।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 1st August, 2021

S.O. 3087(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 10 of the Tribunal, Appellate Tribunal and other

Authorities (Qualifications, Experience and other Conditions of Service of Members) Rules, 2020 framed under the

Finance Act, 2017, the Central Government hereby authorises Ms. Manjula Das, Judicial Member, Central

Administrative Tribunal, Guwahati Bench to act as Chairman, Central Administrative Tribunal, with effect from

1^st August, 2021 until the date on which a regular Chairman appointed, enters upon his office, or the date on which

Ms. Manjula Das attains the age of sixty five years or until further orders, whichever is the earliest.
