का.आ. 3089(अ).—केंद्रीय सरकार, संयुक्त राष्ट्र (सुरक्षा पररषद) अजधजनयम, 1947 (1947का 43) की धारा 2

द्वारा प्रदत्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, संयुक्त राष्ट्र पररषद के जगनी जबसाऊ संबंधी संकल्पों का दियान्ियन आदेि, 2016

में संिोधन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत आदेि देती है अथाात्:—

1. संजक्षप्त नाम और प्रारंभ- (1) इस आदेि का संजक्षप्त नाम संयुक्त राष्ट्र सुरक्षा पररषद के जगनी-जबसाऊ संबंधी संकल्पों का

कायाान्ियन (संिोधन) आदेि, 2021 है।

(2) यह रािपत्र में प्रकािन की तारीख से प्रिृत्त होगा।

2. संयुक्त राष्ट्र सुरक्षा पररषद के जगनी जबसाउ संबंधी संकल्पो का दियान्ियन आदेि, 2016 में, अनुबंध 2, िीषाक ‘‘क.

व् यजक्तयों’’ के तहत, उप-िीषाक िीबीआई. 002 और उससे संबंजधत प्रजिजियों को लोप दकया िाएगा।

ORDER

New Delhi, the 2nd August, 2021

S.O. 3089(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the United Nations (Security Council)

Act, 1947 (43 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order to amend the Implementation of

the United Nations Security Council Resolution on Guinea-Bissau Order, 2016, namely :—

1. Short title and commencement.- (1) This Order may be called the Implementation of the United Nations Security

Council Resolution on Guinea-Bissau (Amendment) Order, 2021.

(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Implementation of the United Nations Security Council Resolution on Guinea-Bissau Order, 2016, in

Annexure 2, under the heading “A. Individuals”, the sub-heading GBi.002 and entries relating thereto shall be

omitted.
