का.आ. 3092(अ).—राष्ट्रीय रािमागग अजधजनयम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 7 और 8क द्वारा प्रित्त

िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केंद्र सरकार एति् द्वारा अजधसूजचत करती है दक मध्य प्रिेि राज्य में राष्ट्रीय रािमागों के

जहस्ट्से अर्ागत् रारा-7 पर दकमी 229/2 से 243/6 तक रीवा बाईपास (इसके बाि रीवा बाईपास के रूप में उजल्लजखत) का

उपयोग करने के जलए यांजत्रक वाहनों पर इसके सार् संलग्न अनुसूची में जवजनर्िगष्ट िरों पर िुल्क लगाया िाएगा और

भुगतान दकया िाएगा और दिनांक 23-06-05 के समझौते के संबंध में मेससग पार् ओररएंटल हाईवेि प्रा. जलजमटेड, 76

माल रोड, महू, मध्य प्रिेि (18-05-2006 से एक जलजमटेड कंपनी के रूप में िाजमल होने के बाि से), जिसका पंिीकृत

कायागलय महू में है, रीवा बाईपास के जनमागण, प्रचालन और हस्ट्तांतरण और इसके द्वारा प्रिान की िाने वाली सेवा के

जलए, एतद्द्वारा उि मैससग पार् ओररएंटल हाईवेि जलजमटेड या इसके अजधकृत वैध प्रजतजनजध को उि अनुसूची में जवजनर्िगष्ट

िरों पर िुल्क िमा संगृजहत और कायम रखने के जलए प्राजधकृत करती है। मूल ररयायत अवजध 27 अप्रैल, 2007 से

16 माचग 2020 तक प्रभावी र्ी।

सड़क पररवहन और रािमागग मंत्रालय ने उि पररयोिना के जलए ररयायत अवजध का जवस्ट् तार 16.03.2020 से

आगे अर्ागत् 19.07.2023 तक 1220 दिनों (24+21+5+1170) तक करने की मंिूरी िी। ररयायत अवजध की संिोजधत

अंजतम जतजर् 19 िुलाई, 2023 होगी। इस प्रकार, मैससग पार् ओररएंटल हाईवेि जलजमटेड या उसके अजधकृत वैध

प्रजतजनजध को 17 माचग, 2020 से ररयायत अवजध की संिोजधत अंजतम जतजर् अर्ागत् 19 िुलाई, 2023 तक की अवजध के

जलए उि अनुसूची में जवजनर्िगष्ट िरों पर िुल्क संगृजहत करने और कायम रखने के जलए अजधकृत है।

रटप्‍पजणयां:

रारा-7 पर रीवा बाईपास के प्रयोक् ताओं स से एकतर ा यात्रा के जलए रपर जनधागररत िुल्क जलया िाएगा।

िब दकसी वाहन को दिन में एक से अजधक बार रारा-7 पर रीवा बाईपास का उपयोग करना पड़ता है, तो

प्रयोक् ता अपने जवकल्प पर पहली यात्रा में ही एक तर ा यात्रा के जलए डे ग गुना िुल्क के भुगतान पर ऐसा करने का हकिार

होगा। वाहन माजलक एकतर ा यात्रा के जलए िुल्क के तीस गुना के बराबर िुल्क का भुगतान कर माजसक पास का हकिार

होगा।

जनम्नजलजखत वाहनों को रपर जनर्िगष्ट िुल्क से छूट िी गई है अर्ागत्: -

i. रक्षा वाहन:-

ii. वीआईपी प्रतीकों वाला वाहन;

iii. पुजलस वाहन;

iv. अजग्निमन वाहन;

v. एम्बुलेंस;

vi. अंजतम संस्ट्कार वैन;

vii. डाक और तार जवभाग के वाहन;

viii. केंद्र और राज्य सरकार के सेवारत वाहन;

आजधकाररक तौर पर जनम्नजलजखत से संबंजधत वाहन को वीआईपी प्रतीकों वाले वाहन के रूप में तय दकया

िाएगा, अर्ागत्:

i. भारत के राष्ट्रपजत;

ii. भारत के उपराष्ट्रपजत;

iii. केंद्रीय और राज्य मंत्री;

iv. कैजबनेट मंत्री के ििे वाले लोकसभा या राज्यसभा या राज्य जवधानसभाओं स के जवपक्ष के नेता;

v. राज्य के राज्यपाल;

vi. संघ राज् य क्षेत्रों के उपराज्यपाल;

vii. केंद्र और राज्य जवधानसभाओं स के सभापजत या अध्यक्ष;

viii. जनवागजचत स्ट्र्ानीय जनकायों के कायगकारी पार्गि;

ix. भारत की रािकीय यात्रा पर आए जविेिी गणमान्य व्यजि;

x. सीडी प्रतीकों वाली कारों का उपयोग करने वाले भारत में तैनात जविेिी रािनजयक;

xi. संसि और राज्य जवधान सभा या संबंजधत जनवागचन क्षेत्र में पररर्ि के सिस्ट्य;

रपर उजल्लजखत िरें अंग्रेिी और हहंिी में स्ट्पष्ट रूप से टोल प्‍लािा पर और रीवा बाईपास के िोनों ओर टोल

प्‍लािा से 200 मीटर आगे भी प्रिर्िगत की िाएंगी।

उि मेससग. पार् ओररएंटल हाईवेि जल. या इसके अजधकृत वैध प्रजतजनजध भुगतानकताग से संगृजहत िुल्क के जलए

भुगतानकताग को एक रसीि िेंगे।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 30th July, 2021

S.O. 3092(E).— In exercise of powers conferred by Sections 7 and 8A of the National Highways

Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby notifies that there shall be levied and paid fees on

mechanical vehicles, for the use of part of the National Highways i.e. Rewa Bypass from km 229/2 to 243/6

on N.H.7 in the State of Madhya Pradesh (hereinafter referred as Rewa Bypass) at the rates specified in

Schedule annexed hereto, and having regard to the Agreement dated 23-06-05 entered into with M/s PATH

ORIENTAL HIGHWAYS PVT. LTD., 76 Mall Road, Mhow, Madhya Pradesh (Since converted into a Ltd.

Company with effect From 18-05-06) having its registered office at Mhow, to build operate and transfer the

Rewa By-pass and for service provided by it, hereby authorize the said M/s. PATH ORIENTAL

HIGHWAYS LTD., or its authorized legal representative to collect and retain fees at the rates specified in

the said Schedule. The original concession period was with effect from the 27^th Day of April, 2007 to

16^th March 2020.

The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways approved the extension of concession period for

said project by 1220 days (24+21+5+1170) beyond 16.03.2020 i.e. upto 19.07.2023. The revised end date

of concession period will be 19^th July 2023. Thereby, M/s. PATH ORIENTAL HIGHWAYS LTD or its

authorized legal representative is authorized to collect and retain fees at the rates specified in the said

Schedule for period from 17^th March 2020 till the revised end date of concession period i.e. 19^th July 2023.

Notes:

The Fee set forth above shall be charged to the users of the REWA BYPASS on N.H.7 for a one

way trip.

When a vehicle has to use the REWA BYPASS on N.H.7 more than once in a day, the user shall at

his option be entitled to do so on payment of one and half times the fee for one way trip in the first trip

itself. A vehicle owner shall be entitled to a monthly pass on payment of fee equal to thirty times the fee for

one way trip.

Following vehicle are exempted from the fee specified above namely:-

Defense Vehicle: -

ii.

Vehicle with VIP symbols;

iii.

Police Vehicle;

iv.

Fire Fighting Vehicle;

Ambulance;

vi.

Funeral Vans;

vii.

Posts and Telegraphs Department Vehicles;

viii.

Central and State Government Vehicles on duty;

The vehicle officially belonging to the following shall be decided to be vehicle having VIP

symbols namely:

President of India;

ii.

Vice-President of India;

iii.

Central and State Ministers;

iv.

Leaders of opposition of Lok Sabha or Rajya Sabha or State Legislatures having the status of

Cabinet Minister;

Governors of States;

vi.

Lieutenant Governors of Union Territories;

vii.

Speakers or Chairman of Central and State legislatures;

viii.

Executive Councilors of local elected bodies;

ix.

Foreign dignitaries on State visit to India;

Foreign diplomats stationed in India using cars with CD symbols;

xi.

Member of Parliament and State Legislative Assembly or Council in their respective

constituencies;

The above mentioned rates shall be conspicuously displayed in English and Hindi at the Toll Plazas

and also 200 meters ahead of Toll Plazas on either side of REWA BYPASS.

The said M/s. PATH ORIENTAL HIGHWAYS LTD. or its authorized legal representative shall

give a receipt to the payer for the fee collected from the payer.
