का.अ. 3110(ऄ).— केन्द्रीय सरकार ने, राष्ट्रीय रािमागग ऄजधजनयम, 1956 (1956 का 48) (जिसे आसमें आसके

पश्चात् ईक्त ऄजधजनयम कहा गया है) की धारा 3क की ईपधारा (1) के ऄधीन िारी की गइ भारत सरकार के पोत पररवहन

सड़क पररवहन और रािमागग मंत्रालय, सड़क पररवहन और रािमागग जवभाग की ऄजधसूचना संख्या का.अ. 1942 तारीख

21.05.2021 िो भारत के रािपत्र,ऄसाधारण, भाग 2, खण्ड 3, ईपखंड (ii) तारीख 21.05.2021 में प्रकाजित की गइ

थी, द्वारा मध्य प्रदेि राज्य में राष्ट्रीय रािमागग संख्या NH752-B के दक.मी. 38+700 से 42+050 दक.मी. तक - ब्यावरा

से मकसूदनगढ़-रोड़ (मकसूदनगढ़ बाइपास) संसोजधत के जलए भूखण्ड के जनमागण, (चार लेन का बनाने /चौड़ा करने)

ऄनुरक्षण, प्रबंधन और प्रचालन के जलए ईस ऄजधसूचना से ईपाबद्ध ऄनुसूची में जवजनर्ददष्ट भूजम का ऄिगन करने के ऄपने

अिय की घोषणा की थी ;

और ईक्त ऄजधसूचना का सार ईक्त ऄजधजनयम की धारा 3 क की ईपधारा (3) के ऄधीन "पजत्रका" में गुरुवार 26

िून 2021और "पीपुल्स समाचार" में गुरुवार 26 िून 2021 में प्रकाजित दकया गया था

और सक्षम प्राजधकारी को दकसी व्यजक्त से कोइ अक्षेप प्राप्त नहीं हुए है

और अक्षेप प्राप्त हुए थे और सक्षम प्राजधकारी ने ईन पर जवचार कर जलया है और अक्षेपों को ऄननुज्ञात कर ददया

है ; और सक्षम प्राजधकारी ने ईक्त ऄजधजनयम की धारा 3घ की ईपधारा (1) के ऄनुसरण में, केन्द्रीय सरकार को ऄपनी

ररपोर्ग दे दी है ;

ऄतः ऄब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राजधकारी की ईक्त ररपोर्ग प्राप्त हो िाने पर और ईक्त ऄजधजनयम की धारा 3घ

की ईपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह घोषणा करती है दक ईक्त ऄनुसूची में जवजनर्ददष्ट भूजम का

पूवोक्त प्रयोिन के जलए ऄिगन दकया िाना चाजहए;

और ऄब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, ईक्त ऄजधजनयम की धारा 3घ की ईपधारा (2) के ऄनुसरण में यह घोषणा करती है दक

आस ऄजधसूचना के रािपत्र में प्रकािन पर, ईक्त ऄनुसूची में जवजनर्ददष्ट भूजम सभी जवल्लंगमों से मुक्त होकर अत्यजन्द्तक रूप

से केन्द्रीय सरकार में जनजहत हो िाएगी ।

New Delhi, the 3rd August, 2021

S.O. 3110(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping Road

Transport

and

Highways,

Department

Road

And

number S.O. 1942

dated

21.05.2021 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) issued under sub-

section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the

Central Government declared its intension to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said

notification for (Widening/Four -Laning, etc.) Maintenance, management and operation of NH752-B on the stretch of

land

from

Km. 38+700 to 42+050

K.m.

in (Biaora

to Maksudangarh-Road) (Maksudangarh-Bypass)

corrigendam in the state of MADHYA PRADESH;

And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “patrika” 17 June 2021 Thursday

And “Peopuls Samachar” 17 June 2021 Thursday under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act;

And whereas no objections has been received From Any person By The Competent Authority;

Or

And whereas objections have been received and the same have been considered and disallowed by the competent

authority;

And wheres, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the compotent authority has submitted its

report to the Central Government;

Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers

conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land

specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;

And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby

declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall

vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances,

km. 38+700 to 42+050 km. Biaora to Maksudangarh-Road (Maksudangarh-Bypass) Corrigendam of the
