1962 (1962 का 50) (इसमें इसके बाि उक्त अजधजनयम कहा गया है) की धारा 2 के खंड (क) के अनुसरण में भारत

सरकार एतिद्वारा, केंद्र िाजसत प्रिेि िािरा और नगर हवेली में मैससज पाइपलाइन इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर जलजमटेड (पीआईएल) की

पाइपलाइनों के उपयोगकताज का अजधकार (आरओयू) प्रबंधन के जलए पेरोजलयम और खजनि पाइपलाइन (भूजम में प्रयोक्ता

के अजधकार का अिजन) अजधजनयम, 1962 के तहत डॉ. अपूवज िमाज, उप समाहताज, जसलवासा, केंद्र िाजसत प्रिेि िािरा

और नगर हवेली को सक्षम अजधकारी के कायो का जनवजहन करने के जलए प्राजधकृत करती है ।

2. यह अजधसूचना िारी होने की तारीख से लागू होगी।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 3rd August, 2021

S.O. 3127(E).—In pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines

(Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), (hereinafter called the said Act), the Government of

India hereby authorizes Dr. Apurva Sharma, Deputy Collector, Silvassa, Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli

to perform the functions of Competent Authority under the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of

User in Land) Act, 1962 for Right of User (RoU) management of M/s. Pipeline Infrastructure Limited (PIL) Pipelines

in the Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli.

2. This notification will be effective from the date of its issue.
