सा.आ. 3153(अ).— जबदक भारत सरकार को लोकजहत में यह आवश्यक प्रतीत होता है दक असम राज्य में
जगदीिपुर- हजल्दया और बोकारो- धामरा प्राकृजतक गैस पाइपलाइन (जेएचबीडीपीएल) के अजभन्न अंग के रूप मे बरौनी-
गुवाहाटी प्राकृजतक गैस पाइपलाइन (बीजीपीएल) के माध्यम से प्राकृजतक गैस के पररवहन के जलए गेल (इंजडया) जलजमटेड
द्वारा एक पाइपलाइन जबछाई जानी चाजहए;
और भारत सरकार को उक्त पाइपलाइन जबछाने के प्रयोजन के जलए यह आवश्यक प्रतीत होता है दक उस भूजम
जजसमे उक्त पाइपलाइन जबछाये जाने का प्रस्ट्ताव है और जो इस अजधसूचना मे संलग्न अनुसूजचत मे वर्णणत है उपयोग के
अजधकार का अजजन दकया जाए;
अत: अब, भारत सरकार पेरोजलयम और खजनज पाइपलाइन (भूजम में उपयोग के अजधकार का अजजन) अजधजनयम,
1962 (1962 का 50) दक धारा 3 दक उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, उस भूजम मे उपयोग के
अजधकार का अजजन करने के अपने आिय दक घोषडा करती है;
कोई व्यजक्त, जो उक्त अनुसूची में वर्णणत भूजम में जहतबदध है, उस तारीख से जजसको उक्त अजधजनयम दक धारा 3
दक उपधारा (1) के आधीन भारत के राजपत्र में यथा प्रकाजित इस अजधसूचना दक प्रजतयों साधारण जनता को उपलबध्य
कर दी जाती है, 21 ददन के भीतर, भूजम के नीचे पाइपलाइन जबछाये जाने की संबंध मे, सक्षम प्राजधकारी, गेल (इंजडया)
जलजमटेड असम राज्य, को जलजखत रूप मे आक्षेप भेज सकेगा।

MINISTRY OF PETROLEUM AND NATURAL GAS
NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 16th July, 2021
S.O. 3153(E).—Whereas it appears to Government of India that it is necessary in public interest that for
transportation of natural gas through Barauni – Guwahati Natural Gas Pipeline (BGPL) as an integral part of
Jagdishpur – Haldia & Bokaro-Dhamra Natural Gas Pipeline (JHBDPL) in the State of Assam, a Pipeline should be
laid by GAIL (India) Limited;
And, whereas it appears to Government of India that for the purpose of laying the said pipeline, it is
necessary to acquire the Right of User in the land under which the said pipeline is proposed to be laid and which is
described in the schedule annexed to this notification;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Petroleum and
Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in land) Act, 1962, (50 of 1962) Government of India hereby
declares its intention to acquire the Right of User there in;
Any person interested in the land described in the said Schedule may, within twenty one days from the date
of which copies of the notification issued under sub – section (1) of section 3 of the said Act, as published in the
Gazette of India are made available to the general public, object in writing to the acquisition of the right of User
therein for laying of the pipeline under the land to Competent Authority, GAIL (India) Limited, State of Assam.
