का.अ. 2054(ऄ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार ने पेरोजलयम और खजनज पाआपलाआन (भूजम में ईपयोग के ऄजधकार का

ऄजजन) ऄजधजनयम, 1962 (1962 का 50) की धारा 6 की ईपधारा (1) के ऄधीन जारी की गइ भारत सरकार के

पेरोजलयम और प्राकृजतक गैस मंत्रालय की नीचे दी गइ ऄनुसूची में यथा-ईजल्लजखत तारीखों एवम का.अ. संख्या द्वारा ईन

ऄजधसूचनाओं से संलग्न ऄनुसूची में जवजनर्ददष्ट भूजम में ईपयोग का ऄजधकार का ऄजजन दकया था।

और केन्द्रीय सरकार ने ईक्त ऄजधजनयम की धारा 6 की ईपधारा (4) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुऐ

ईक्त भूजमयों में सभी जवल्लंगमों से मुक्त ईपयोग का ऄजधकार जिन्द्दुस्ट्तान पेरोजलयम कॉपोरेिन जलजमटेड में जनजित दकया

गया था।

और सक्षम प्राजधकारी ने केन्द्रीय सरकार को ररपोटज दी िै दक पैरोजलयम और खजनजों के पररविन के जलए रमन

मंडी बिादुरगढ़ पाआपलाआन के अइ.पी.एस. बरवाला से जिसार नवीन जडपो तक िररयाणा राज्य की तिसील बरवाला में

हिदुस्ट्तान पैरोजलयम कापोरेिन जलजमटेड की पाआपलाआन जबछाइ जा चुकी िे , ऄतः ईस भूजम के बारे में जजसका संजक्षप्त

जववरण आस ऄजधसूचना से संलग्न ऄनुसूची में जवजनर्ददष्ट दकया गया िै, ऐसे प्रचालन को िररयाणा राज्य में समाप्त दकया

जाए।

ऄतः ऄब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, पेरोजलयम और खजनज पाआपलाआन (भूजम में ईपयोग के ऄजधकार का ऄजजन) जनयम,

1963 के जनयम 4 के स्ट्पष्टीकरण-1 के ऄधीन ईन तारीखों को जजन पर यि ऄजधसूचना भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाजित िोती

िै, िररयाणा राज्य में जिसार जजले के बरवाला तिसील के नीचे वर्णणत गांवों में मागाजधकार गजतजवजधयों की समाजप्त की

तारीख के रूप में घोजित करती िै।

MINISTRY OF PETROLEUM AND NATURAL GAS

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 29th April, 2022

S.O. 2054(E).—Whereas, by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of

Petroleum and Natural Gas, S.O. Nos. and dated as mentioned in the Schedule below issued under Sub-

section (i) of Section 6, Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962

(50 of 1962), the Central Government acquired the Right of User in the said lands specified in the schedule

appended to those notifications.

And whereas, in exercise of power conferred by Sub-section (4) of Section 6 of the said Act, the

Central Government vested the right of user in the lands free from all encumbrances in the Hindustan

Petroleum Corporation Limited.

And whereas, the Competent Authority has made a report to the Central Government that the

pipeline has been laid in the said lands and hence the operation may be terminated for finished product

pipeline from IPS, Barwala of Ramanmandi - Bahadurgarh pipeline (RBPL) to the New Depot at Village

Datta , Hisar in the state of Haryana in respect of the said land which in brief are specified in the Schedule

annexed to this Notification.

Now, therefore, as required under Explanation 1 of Rule 4 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipeline

Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Rules, 1963, the Central Government hereby declare the dates on

which this notification is published in the Gazette of India as the date of “Termination of Operation” in

ROU in the villages mentioned below in Tehsil: Barwala of District: Hisar in the State of Haryana.
