का.आ. 2076(अ).—केंद्रीय सरकार सहायताप्राप्त प्रजनन प्रौद्योजगकी (जवजनयमन) अजधजनयम 2021 की धारा 3

और सरोगेसी (जवजनयमन) अजधजनयम 2021 की धारा 17 द्वारा प्रित्त िजि का प्रयोग करते हुए एतद्द्वारा अजधसूजचत

करती है दक सहायताप्राप्त प्रजनन प्रौद्योजगकी (जवजनयमन) अजधजनयम 2021 और सरोगेसी (जवजनयमन) अजधजनयम 2021

के प्रयोजनों के जलए राष्ट्रीय सहायताप्राप्त प्रजनन प्रौद्योजगकी और सरोगेसी बोडड की संरचना इस प्रकार है :-

(क) स्ट्वास्ट््य और पररवार कल्याण मंत्रालय के प्रभारी मंत्री अध्यक्ष के रूप में, पिेन;

(ख) भारत सरकार के स्ट्वास्ट््य अनुसंधान जवभाग के प्रभारी सजचव उपाध्यक्ष के रूप में, पिेन;

(ग) डॉ. काकोली घोष िस्ट्तीिार और डॉ. भारतीबेन धीरूभाई जियाल, लोक सभा सिस्ट्य - सिस्ट्य के रूप में,

पिेन;

(घ) (i) डॉ. राकेि गुप्ता, संयुि सजचव, मजहला एवं बाल जवकास मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार और

(ii) डॉ. एन. आर. बट्टू, संयुि सजचव और जवधायी परामिडिाता, जवधायी जवभाग, जवजध और न्याय

मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार सिस्ट्य के रूप में, पिेन;

(ङ) केन्द्रीय सरकार के स्ट्वास्ट््य सेवा महाजनिेिक, सिस्ट्य के रूप में पिेन;

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 4th May, 2022

S.O. 2076(E).—In exercise of the power conferred by Section 3 of the Assisted

Reproductive Technology (Regulation) Act, 2021 and Section 17 of the Surrogacy (Regulation)

Act, 2021, the Central Government hereby notifies that composition of National Assisted

Reproductive Technology and Surrogacy Board for the purposes of the Assisted Reproductive

Technology (Regulation) Act, 2021 and the Surrogacy (Regulation) Act, 2021 is as under :-

(a) the Minister in-charge of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare as Chairperson,

ex officio;

(b) the Secretary to the Government of India in-charge of the Department of Health

Research as Vice-Chairperson, ex officio;

(c) Dr. Kakoli Ghosh Dastidar and Dr. Bharatiben Dhirubhai Shiyal, Members of Lok

Sabha as Members, ex officio;

(d) (i) Dr. Rakesh Gupta, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Women and Child Development,

Govt. of India and

(ii) Dr. N.R. Battu, Joint Secretary and Legislative Counsel, Legislative Department,

Ministry of Law and Justice, Govt. of India as Members, ex officio;

(e) the Director General of Health Services of the Central Government as Member, ex

officio;

(f) the Chairpersons of the State/UT Boards (i) Andaman and Nicobar Island, (ii) Andhra

Pradesh, (iii) West Bengal and (iv) Uttarakhand as Members, ex officio; and

(g) the Joint Secretary, Department of Health Research, Ministry of Health and Family

Welfare, in-charge of Surrogacy Division as Member-Secretary, ex officio.
