का.आ. 2100(अ).—यत: केन्द्रीय सरकार, तेल रजित चावल भूसी के जनयाात के जवकास और संवधान के संबंध में,

कृजि और प्रसंस्ट्कृत खाद्य उत्पाद जनयाात जवकास प्राजधकरण अजधजनयम, 1985 (1986 का 2) की प्रथम अनुसूची में तेल

रजित चावल भूसी को िाजमल करना आवश्यक और समीचीन मानती िै ;

अत: अब कृजि और प्रसंस्ट्कृत खाद्य उत्पाद जनयाात जवकास प्राजधकरण अजधजनयम,1985 (1986 का 2) की धारा

3 द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्द्वारा उि अजधजनयम की प्रथम अनुसूची में जनम्नजलजखत आगे

और संिोधन करती िै, अथाात् ;

उि अजधजनयम की प्रथम अनुसूची में क्रम सं. 14 तथा उससे संबंजधत प्रजवजियों के बाद जनम्नजलजखत क्रम संख्या

और प्रजवजियां िाजमल की िाएंगी अथाात् ;

“15. तेल रजित चावल भूसी”

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 5th May, 2022

S.O. 2100(E).—Whereas the Central Government, having regard to the development and

promotion of export of de-oiled rice bran, considers it necessary and expedient to add De-oiled Rice Bran

to the First Schedule to the Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority Act,

1985 (2 of 1986);

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Agricultural and Processed

Food Products Export Development Authority Act, 1985 (2 of 1986), the Central Government hereby

makes the following further amendment in the First Schedule to the said Act, namely: -

In the first Schedule to the said Act, after serial number 14 and the entries relating thereto, the

following serial number and entry shall be added, namely: -

“15. De-oiled rice bran.”.
