का.आ. 2085(अ).—केंद्रीय सरकार, सरकारी स्ट्थान (अप्राजधकृत अजधभोजगयों की बेदखली) अजधजनयम, 1971

(1971 का 40) की धारा -3 द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, नीचे की सारणी के स्ट्तम्भ (1) में उजल्लजखत

अजधकारी को, िवाहरलाल स्नातकोत्तर जचदकत्सा जिक्षा एवं अनुसंधान संस्ट्थान, पुडुचेरी के अजधकारी हैं, एक संजवधाजनक

प्राजधकारी या भारत सरकार के रािपजत्रत अजधकारी के समतुल्य अजधकारी की पंजि के हैं, उि अजधजनयम के प्रयोिन के

जलए संपदा अजधकारी के रूप में जनयुि करती है, िो उि सारणी के स्ट्तम्भ (2) की तत्स्ट्थानी प्रजवजि में जवजनर्ददि लोक

पररषदों की बाबत अपनी अजधकाररता को स्ट्थानीय सीमाओं के भीतर उि अजधजनयम द्वारा या उसके अधीन संपदा

अजधकाररयों को प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग और अजधरोजपत कतचव्यों का पालन करेंगे, अथाचत:-

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, 28th March, 2022

S.O. 2085(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Public Premises (Eviction

of Unauthorised Occupants) Act 1971(40 of 1971), the Central Government hereby appoints the officer

mentioned in column (1) of the Table below, being officer of the Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate

Medical Education and Research, Puducherry, a statutory authority or being equivalent to the rank of a

Gazetted officer of Government, to be estate officer for the purpose of the said Act, and defines the local

limits of public premises as specified in column (2) of the said Table, in respect of which, the said estate

officer shall exercise the powers conferred, and perform the duties imposed, on estate officers by or under

the said Act.
