की धारा 8 की उप-धाराओं (2) और (3) के साथ पठित धारा 7 की उप-धारा (1) और (9) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग

करते हुए, भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उप-खंड (ii) में प्रकाजित, भारत सरकार के सूक्ष्म, लघु और

मध्यम उद्यम मंत्रालय की अजधसूचना संख्या का.आ. 2119(अ), तारीख 26 िून, 2020, में जनम्नजलजखत संिोधन करती है,

अथाात्:-

उि अजधसूचना के पैरा (7) में, उप-पैरा (3) में, "31 माचा, 2022" अंकों और िब्दों के स्ट्थान पर, "30 िून,

2022" अंक और िब्द, रखे िाएंगे।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 6th May, 2022

S.O. 2134(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (9) of section 7 read

with sub-sections (2) and (3) of section 8 of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act,

2006 (27 of 2006), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the

notification of Government of India, Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises number S.O. 2119

(E), dated the 26^th June, 2020, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, sub-

section (ii), namely:-

In the said notification, in paragraph 7, in sub-paragraph (3), for the figures and the words,

“31^st day of March, 2022” the figures and words “ 30^th day of June, 2022” shall be substituted.
