का.आ. 2133(अ).—राष्ट्रीय रािमागग अजधजनयम,1956 (1956 का 48) के खंड 3 के खंड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त

िजियोंकेअभ्यासमें, इसके द्वारा मंत्रालय मेंभारतसरकार की अजधसूचना में जनम्नजलजखत संिोधन करती है। पररवहन और

रािमागग ने सो.नो. 3672(अ) ददनांक 25th िुलाई 2018, सो.नो. 5148(अ) ददनांक 4th अक्टूबर 2018,

सो. नो. 4370(अ) ददनांक 3rd ददसंबर 2020, सो. नो. 2367(अ) ददनांक 17th िुलाई 2021.

उि अजधसूचनाओं की अनुसूची में क्रमांक के (i) कॉलम (2) के सामने। सं.(2) भूजम अजधग्रहण के जलए सक्षम

प्राजधकारी (सीएएलए) से संबंजधत संयुि कलेक्टर (वीएस, डब्लल्यूएस एंड डी) के स्ट्थान पर "संयुि कलेक्टर, एलुरु जिला,

एलुरु" के रूप में प्रजतस्ट्थाजपत दकया िाएगा, (ii) क्रमांक (5) के कॉलम . जिले से संबंजधत संख्या (2) को मंडलों के जलए

पजिम गोदावरी के स्ट्थान पर "एलुरु" के रूप में प्रजतस्ट्थाजपत दकया िाएगा 1. चचतालपुडी, 2. टी. नरसापुरम,

3.िंगारेड्डीगुडेम, और 4. कोयालागुडेम, खम्मम से देवरापल्ली ग्रीन तक के खंड के जलए आजधकाररक रािपत्र में इस

अजधसूचना के प्रकािन की तारीख से उि अजधजनयम के तहत ऐसे प्राजधकरणों के कायों को करने के जलए एनएच-

365बीिी के फील्ड संरेखण अनुभाग।

नए जिलों के गठन के कारण आंध्र प्रदेि के एलुरु जिले में 365BG के जलए CALA नामकरण और जिले के नाम में

पररवतगन।

आंध्र प्रदेि राज्य में नए जिलों के गठन के कारण CALA नामकरण और जिले के नाम में पररवतगन।

MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS

CORRIGENDUM

New Delhi, the 6 May, 2022

S.O. 2133(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act,

1956 (48 of 1956) the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Gazette Notifications of the

Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways published vide S. O. 3672 (E) dated 25th July

2018, S.O. No.5148(E) dated 4th October 2018, S.O. No.4370(E) dated 3rd December 2020 and S. O. No.2367(E)

dated 17th July 2021.

In the Schedule to the said Notifications against (i) column (2) of Sl. No.(2) relating to Competent Authority

for Land Acquisition (CALA) shall be substituted as "Joint Collector, Eluru District, Eluru" in place of Joint

Collector (VS, WS & D), (ii) column (5) of Sl. No.(2) relating to District shall be substituted as "Eluru " in place of

West Godavari for the mandals 1. Chintalapudi, 2. T.Narasapuram, 3.Jangareddygudem, and 4.Koyyalagudem, for

the stretch from Khammam to Devarapalli Green Field alignment Section of NH-365BG to perform the functions of

such authorities under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.

Change of CALA Nomenclature and District Name for 365BG in Eluru District of Andhra Pradesh, due to

formation of new Districts.

Due to the formation of new districts in the state of Andhra Pradesh Change in CALA Nomenclature and

District Name.
