द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, रसायन और उर्वरक मंत्रालय, रसायन एर्ं पेरोरसायन जर्भाग द्वारा प्रकाजित

मेजथलीन क्लोराइड (डाइक्लोरोमीथेन) (गुणर्त्ता जनयंत्रण) आदेि, 2021 में जनम्नजलजखत संिोधन करती है, अथावत्:-

उि आदेि में पैराग्राफ 1 में, उप-पैराग्राफ (2) के जलए जनम्नजलजखत उप-पैराग्राफ प्रजतस्ट्थाजपत दकया िाएगा,

अथावत्: -

"(2)

यह आदेि 20 नर्ंबर, 2022 को प्रर्ृत्त होगा।"

ORDER

New Delhi, the 13th May, 2022

S.O. 2224(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the Bureau of Indian

Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the

Methylene Chloride (Dichloromethane) (Quality Control) Order, 2021 published by the Ministry of

Chemicals and Fertilizers, Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals, namely:-

In the said order, in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be

substituted, namely:-

“(2) This order shall come into force on the 20th November, 2022.”

Note : The principal order for Methylene Chloride (Dichloromethane) was published in the Gazette of

the 29th November, 2021.

“(2) This order shall come into force on the 10th December, 2022.”
