का.आ. 2234(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, हि सजमजत अजधजनयम, 2002(2002 का 35) की धारा 3, 4, 5, 6 और 8

द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, श्री मोहजसन रिा को रािपत्र में अजधसूचना के प्रकािन की तारीख से 31 माचय,

2025 तक की अवजध के जलए भारतीय हि सजमजत के सदस्ट्य के रूप में अजधसूजचत करती है और इस प्रयोिन के जलए,

भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उप-खंड (ii) ददनांक 01 अप्रैल, 2022 में प्रकाजित भारत सरकार के

अल्पसंख्यक कायय मंत्रालय की अजधसूचना संख्या का.आ. 1564 (अ), ददनांक 1 अप्रैल, 2022, में जनम्नजलजखत संिोधन

करती है अथायत्:—

उि अजधसूचना में, क्रम संख्या 10 और उससे संबंजधत प्रजवजि के स्ट्थान पर जनम्नजलजखत क्रम संख्या और प्रजवजि

को रखा िाएगा, अथायत्:—

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 12th May, 2022

S.O. 2234(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8 of the Haj

Committee Act, 2002(35 of 2002), the Central Government, hereby notifies Shri Mohsin Raza as a member

of Haj Committee of India for a period up to 31^st March, 2025 with effect from the date of publication of

the notification in the Official Gazette and for that purpose, makes the following amendments in the

notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Minority Affairs number S.O. 1564(E), dated the

1^st April 2022 published in the Gazette of India, Extra Ordinary, Part II, Section 3, sub-section (ii)

dated 01^st April, 2022, namely:—

In the said notification, for serial number 10 and entry relating thereto, the following serial number

and entry shall be substituted, namely:—

“10. Shri Mohsin Raza Member

2/244, Vivekkhand, Rajiv Gandhi Ward-1,

Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh-226010”
