नइ ददल्ली, 17 मइ, 2022

का. अ. 2238(ऄ).—जबदक केंद्र सरकार ने ददल्ली मास्ट्टर प्लान-2021 (एमपीडी 2021) में कुछ संिोधन करने

का प्रस्ट्ताव दकया था, जजन्हें ददल्ली जवकास प्राजधकरण द्वारा ददल्ली जवकास ऄजधजनयम, 1957 (1957 का 61) की धारा

44 के प्रावधानों के ऄनुसार ददनांक 24.10.2020 की सावयजजनक सूचना सं का.अ. 3803(इ) के रूप में भारत के राजपत्र,

ऄसाधारण में प्रकाजित दकया था, तादक ईक्त सूचना की तारीख से पैंतालीस ददनों के भीतर ईक्त ऄजधजनयम की धारा

11-क की ईप-धारा (3) द्वारा अवश्यक अपजियों/सुझावों को अमंजत्रत दकया जा सके।

2. जबदक, प्रस्ट्ताजवत संिोधन के संबंध में कोइ अपजि/सुझाव प्राप्त नहीं हुअ है; और

3. जबदक, केंद्र सरकार ने मामले के सभी पहलुओं पर ध्यान से जवचार करने के पश्चात, ददल्ली मास्ट्टर प्लान-

2021 को संिोजधत करने का जनणय जलया है।

4. ऄतः ऄब, केंद्र सरकार ने ईक्त ऄजधजनयम की धारा 11-क की ईप-धारा (2) के तहत प्रदि िजक्तयों का प्रयोग

करते हुए भारत के राजपत्र में आस ऄजधसूचना के प्रकािन की तारीख से ईक्त ददल्ली मास्ट्टर प्लान-2021 में जनम्नजलजखत

संिोधन दकए हैं।

जनयंत्रण:

3. जनम्नजलजखत संरचनाओं को प्रचालनात् मक संरचनाओं

के रूप में माना जाएगा:

i.

सभी मेरो स्ट्टेिन और रैक जो ग्रेड, एजलवेटेड और

ऄंडरग्राईंड पर सपोटय करते हैं, जजसमें प्रवेि

संरचना, एंजसलरी जबल्ल्डग टू हाईस डीजी सेट,

जचल्लग प्लांट और आलेजररक सबस्ट्टेिन, सप्लाइ

एग्जॉस्ट्ट और टनल वेंरटलेिन िाफ्ट अदद िाजमल

हैं।

जडपो और रखरखाव काययिालाएं

iii.

रैरिन सब-स्ट्टेिन

iv.

संचालन जनयंत्रण केंद्र

v.

पुजलस स्ट्टेिन

vi.

संचालन और रखरखाव कमयचाररयों के जलए भती

और प्रजिक्षण केंद्र

केवल प्रचालन कमयचाररयों और मेरो सुरक्षा

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 17th May, 2022

S.O. 2238(E).—Whereas, certain modifications which the Central Government proposed to make in make

in the Master Plan for Delhi-2021 which were published the in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, as Public Notice

SO 3803(E) dated 24.10.2020 by the Delhi Development Authority in accordance with the provisions of section 44 of

the Delhi Development Act, 1957 (61 of 1957) inviting objections / suggestions as required by sub-section (3) of

section 11-A of the said Act, within forty five from the date of the said notice.

2. Whereas, no objection/ suggestion has been received with regard to the proposed modification; and

3. Whereas, the Central Government has, after carefully considering all aspects of the matter, decided to

modify the Master Plan for Delhi-2021.

4. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (2) of Section 11-A of the said

Act, the Central Government hereby makes the following modifications in the said Master Plan for Delhi-2021 with

effect from the date of Publication of this Notification in the Gazette of India:

3. The following structures shall be treated as operational

structures:

i.

All Metro Stations and tracks supporting at grade,

elevated

underground

including

entry

structures, ancillary buildings to house DG sets,

chilling plants and electric substation, supply

exhaust and tunnel ventilation shafts etc.

ii.

Depots and maintenance workshops.

iii.

Traction sub-stations.

iv.

Operational Control Centers.

v.

Police Station.

vi.

Recruitment and Training Centers for operational

and maintenance staff.

vii.

Housing for operational staff and Metro security

personnel only.

viii.

Rehabilitation work to be undertaken for the

construction of Metro Project.

ix.

Shops in Metro Stations to cater to the public

amenities.

x.

Structures above platform over the foot print of the

Metro Stations.
