का.आ. 2294(अ).—भारत सरकार की अजधसूचना में, सड़क पररवहन और राजमागग मंत्रालय में, भारत के

राजपत्र में प्रकाजित, असाधारण, भाग II, खण्ड 3, उप-धारा (ii), अजधसूचना संख्या का. आ. 4924 (अ), तारीख 01

ददसम्बर, 2021, मौजूदा अजधसूचना को तत्काल प्रभाव से जनम्नजलजखत तरीके से संिोजधत दकया जाएगा।

(i) अनुच्छेद 1 में, पंजि संख्या 3, “का. आ. 4245 (अ), तारीख 22 नवम्बर, 2019” िब्दों की जगह

“का. आ. 872 (अ), तारीख 23 फरवरी, 2021 और ” 3356 (अ), तारीख 17 अगस्ट्त, 2021 िब्दों को डाला जाएगा।

(ii) अनुच्छेद 2 में, पंजि संख्या 1 और 2 , “उपधारा (3) के अधीन“ िब्दों के बाद तारीख " 24 जनवरी, 2020 "

को "ओररसा पोस्ट्ट " और "सम्बाद " दोनों में की जगह “तारीख 14 अप्रैल, 2021 को “द न्यू इंजडयन एक्सप्रेस”और “द

समाज:” दोनों में” िब्दों को डाला जाएगा।

(iii) अनुच्छेद 6 में, अनुसूची के नीचे ,पंजि संख्या1 में, " रायपुर जविाखापटनम " िब्दों के बाद" एन एच- 130

सी डी" िब्दों को डाला जाएगा।

भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाजित, असाधारण, भाग II, खण्ड 3, उप-धारा (ii), मूल अजधसूचना संख्या का. आ. 4924

(अ), तारीख 01 ददसम्बर, 2021 की बाकी सामग्री अपररवर्ततत रहेगी।

नोट: मूल अजधसूचना संख्या का. आ. 4924 (अ), तारीख 01 ददसम्बर, 2021, भारत के राजपत्र,असाधारण,भाग

II, खण्ड 3,उप-धारा (ii) में प्रकाजित की गई थी।

MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 18th May, 2022

S.O. 2294(E).—In the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Road, Transport

and Highways, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section-3, Sub-section (ii), vide

notification number S.O. 4924(E), dated the 1st December, 2021, the existing notification shall be amended

in the following manner with immediate effect:

(i) In the paragraph 1, line no. 4, the words “S.O. No. 4245 (E) dated 22nd November 2019” shall

be read as “S.O. No. 872(E) dated 23rd February 2021 and 3356 (E) 17th August 2021”.

(ii) In the paragraph 2, line no. 1 and 2, after the words “published in”, words “Orissa Post” and

“Sambad” both dated 24th January, 2020,” shall be read as “The New Indian Express” and “The Samaja”

both dated 14th April, 2021, .

(iii) In the paragraph 7, below SCHEDULE, in line no.2, after the word “Raipur Visakhapatnam”,

the word “NH-130 CD” shall be inserted.

The rest of the contents of the original Notification published in the Gazette of India,

Extraordinary, Part-II, Section-3, Sub-section (ii), vide notification S.O. 4924(E) dated the 1st December,

2021 shall remain unchanged.

Note: The original notification was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II,

Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide notification number S.O. 4924(E) dated the 1st December, 2021.
