का.आ. 2298(अ).— भारत सरकार की अजधसूचना में, सड़क पररवहन और राजमागग मंत्रालय में, भारत के

राजपत्र में प्रकाजित, असाधारण, भाग II, खण्ड3, उप-धारा (ii), अजधसूचनासंख्या का. आ. 4832 (अ), तारीख

23 नवम्बर, 2021, मौजूदा अजधसूचना को तत्काल प्रभाव से जनम्नजलजखत तरीके से संिोजधत दकया जाएगा।

(i) अनुच्छेद 1 में, पंजि संख्या 3, “का. आ. 4244 (अ), तारीख 22 नवम्बर, 2019” िब्दों दक जगह

“का. आ. 876 (अ), तारीख 23 फरवरी, 2021 िब्दों को डाला जाएगा।

(ii) अनुच्छेद 1 में, पंजि संख्या 8 और 9 , “उपधारा (3) के अधीन “िब्दों के बाद तारीख "17 जनवरी 2020 को

" प्रगजतबादी" में और 16 जनवरी, 2020 " को "सम्बाद " में दक जगह “तारीख 14 अप्रैल, 2021 को “सम्बाद”और “द न्यू

इंजडयन एक्सप्रेस ” दोनों में “ िब्दों को डाला जाएगा।

(iii) अनुच्छेद 6 में, अनुसूची के जनचे ,पंजि संख्या1 में, " रायपुर जविाखापटनम " िब्दों के बाद" एन एच- 130

सी डी" िब्दों को डाला जाएगा।

भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाजित, असाधारण, भाग II, खण्ड 3, उप-धारा (ii), मूल अजधसूचना संख्या

का. आ. 4832(अ), तारीख 23 नवम्बर, 2021 की बाकी सामग्री अपररवर्ततत रहेगी।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 18th May, 2022

S.O. 2298(E).—In the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Road, Transport and

Highways, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section-3, Sub-section (ii), vide notification

number S.O. 4832(E), dated the 23rd November, 2021, the existing notification shall be amended in the following

manner with immediate effect:

(i) In the paragraph 1, line no. 4, the words “S.O. No. 4244 (E) dated 22^nd November 2019” shall be read as

“S.O. No. 876(E) dated 23^rd February 2021 ”.

(ii) In the paragraph 2, line no. 1 and 2, after the words “published in”, words “Pragatibadi newspaper

dated 17^th January 2020 and “Sambad” newspaper dated 16^th January 2020,” shall be read as “Sambad” & “The

New Indian Express” both dated 14^th April 2021 .

(iii) In the paragraph 7, below SCHEDULE, in line no.2, after the word “Raipur Visakhapatnam”, the word

“NH-130 CD” shall be inserted.

The rest of the contents of the original Notification published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II,

Section-3, Sub-section (ii), vide notification S.O. 4832(E) dated the 23^rd November, 2021 shall remain unchanged.

Note: The original notification was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section

(ii), vide notification number S.O. 4832(E) dated the 23^rd November, 2021.
