2. Accordingly, the name of Vizagpatam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), is added at Serial
No. 10 (Andhra Pradesh) of Appendix 2E [List of Agencies Authorized to issue Certificate of Origin (Non-
Preferential)] to Appendices & Aayat Niryat Forms of FTP (2015-2020).
3. In addition, details of the Nag-Vidarbha Chamber of Commerce, enlisted at S. No. 15 under sub-
heading ‘Maharashtra’, under Appendix 2E of the FTP 2015-2020 is also amended as under:
