घोषणा, जिसमें ऐसे अभ्यथी का नाम अंतर्विष्ट है, िो जिहार राज्य से राज्य सभा सदस्ट्य डॉ. महेन्र प्रसाद की, उनकी पदािजध के

अिसान के पूिव, िो तारीख, 02 अप्रैल, 2024 को सजममजलत करते हुए 02 अप्रैल, 2024 तक थी, मृत्यु के कारण 27 ददसंिर, 2021

को ररक्त हुए स्ट्थान को भरने के जलए जनिावजचत हुआ है, सिवसाधारण की िानकारी के जलए प्रकाजित की िाती है :--

S.O. 2364(E).––In pursuance of section 67 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of

1951), the following declaration containing the name of the candidate elected to fill the seat in the Council

of States from the State of Bihar that fell vacant on the 27^th December, 2021 by the reason of the death of

Dr. Mahendra Prasad, before the expiration of his term of office which was up to and including 2^nd April,

2024, is published for general information:-

DECLARATION

Election to the Council of States by the elected members of the Legislative Assembly of the State

of Bihar.

―In pursuance of the provisions contained in sub-section (2) of section-53 of the Representation of

the People Act, 1951, read with sub-rule (1) of rule 11 of the Conduct

of Elections Rules, 1961, I
