का.आ. 5703(अ).—केंद्र सरकार, अजखल भारतीय आयुर्ववज्ञान संस्ट्थान (संिोधन) अजधजनयम, 2012 (2012 का

37) द्वारा यथासंिोजधत अजखल भारतीय आयुर्ववज्ञान संस्ट्थान अजधजनयम, 1956 (1956 का 25) की धारा 4(ङ) द्वारा

प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एतद् द्वारा श्री रािीव रंिन, नालंदा, जबहार को डॉ. एन.के. अरोडा, काययकारी जनदेिक,

इंटरनेिनल जक्लजनकल एजपडेजमयोलॉिी नेटवकय (INCLEN) के स्ट्थान पर अजखल भारतीय आयुर्ववज्ञान संस्ट्थान, पटना, के

संस्ट्थान जनकाय के सदस्ट्य के रूप में नाजमत करती है, और उस प्रयोिन से ददनांक 10 िून, 2020 के का.आ. 1824(अ) के

द्वारा भारत के रािपत्र भाग II, खंड 3, उप-खंड (ii) में प्रकाजित भारत सरकार, स्ट्वास्ट््य और पररवार कल्याण मंत्रालय के

ददनांक 18 मई, 2020 की अजधसूचना सं. िेड-28016/177/2019-पीएमएसएसवाई-IV में जनम्नजलजखत संिोधन

करती हैं:

उि अजधसूचना में, क्रमांक 9 और उससे संबंजधत प्रजवजि में, जनम्नजलजखत प्रजतस्ट्थाजपत दकया िायेगा, अथायत्:-

"9. श्री रािीब रंिन, नालंदा, जबहार”

सदस्ट्य का काययकाल अजखल भारतीय आयुर्ववज्ञान संस्ट्थान अजधजनयम, 1956 की धारा 6 में जनजहत प्रावधानों

द्वारा िाजसत होगा।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi,the 18th October, 2022

S.O. 5703(E).—In exercise of the power conferred by section 4(e) of the All India Institute of

Medical Sciences Act, 1956 (25 of 1956), as amended by the All India Institute of Medical Sciences

(Amendment) Act, 2012 (37 of 2012), the Central Government hereby nominates Sh. Rajib Ranjan,

Nalanda, Bihar, to be member of Institute Body of All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Patna in place of

Dr. N.K. Arora, Executive Director, International Clinical Epidemiology Network (INCLEN), and for that

purpose makes the following amendment in the notification of Government of India, Ministry of Health &

Family Welfare, F. No. Z-28016/177/2019-PMSSY-IV dated the 18^th May, 2020 published in the Gazette

of India Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (ii) Vide SO 1824 (E) dated 10^th June, 2020:

In the said notification, for serial number 9 and the entry relating thereto, the following serial

number and entry should be substituted, namely:-

“9. Sh. Rajib Ranjan, Nalanda, Bihar”

The terms of office of the member shall be governed by the provisions contained in Section 6 of the

All India Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 1956.
