का.आ. 5745(अ).—केंद्रीय सरकार, सूक्ष्म, लघु और मध्यम उद्यम जिकास अजधजनयम, 2006 (2006 का 27)

की धारा 11 द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, सूक्ष्म और लघु उद्यमों (एमएसई) के जलए सािविजनक उपापन नीजत

आिेि, 2012 में जनम्नजलजखत और संिोधन करने का आिेि िेती है, अर्ावत् :-

1.

संजिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ (1) इस आिेि का संजिप्त नाम सूक्ष्म और लघु उद्यम (एमएसई) के जलए सािविजनक

उपापन नीजत संिोधन आिेि, 2022 है ।

(2) ये रािपत्र में इसके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रिृत्त होंगे ।

2. सूक्ष्म और लघु उद्यमों (एमएसई) के जलए सािविजनक उपापन नीजत आिेि 2012 में, अनुबंध आिेि

सं. 21(1)2007-एमए तारीख 21.06.2010 में, पैरा 3 के उपपैरा (iv) के पश्चात् जनम्नजलजखत उपपैरा अंतःस्ट्र्ाजपत दकया

िाएगा, अर्ावत् :-

“(v) मामला-िर-मामला के आधार पर खुली जनजििा के माध्यम से एमएसई के जलए आरजित सूची से कजतपय मिों की

उपाजप्त से छूट िेने के जलए केन्द्द्रीय मंत्रालयों/ जिभागों/ पजललक सेक्टर उपक्रमों के अनुरोधों पर जिचार करना ।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 8th December, 2022

S.O. 5745(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by section 11 of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises

Development Act, 2006 (27 of 2006), the Central Government hereby makes the following order further to amend the

Public Procurement Policy for Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) Order, 2012, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement. – (1) This order may be called the Public Procurement Policy for Micro and

Small Enterprises (MSEs) Amendment Order, 2022.

(2) This order shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Public Procurement Policy for Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) Order, 2012, in the annexed Order

No.21(1)/2007-MA dated 21.06.2010, after sub-paragraph (iv) of paragraph 3, the following sub-paragraph shall be

inserted, namely :-

“(v) Consider the requests of the Central Ministries/ Departments/ PSUs for exemption, on a case to case

basis, from procuring certain items from the reserved list for MSEs through open tendering”.
