02 िून, 2021 में जनम्नजलजखत संिोधन करती है, अथाात: -

2. उि अजधसूचना में, पैरा 2 के स्ट्थान पर, जनम्नजलजखत पैरा रखा िाएगा, अथाात :

“2. यह अजधसूचना 15 दिसम्बर, 2022 से प्रवृत्त होगी”

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 12th December, 2022

S.O. 5811(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act,

1955 (10 of 1955) read with paragraph 6 of the Motor Spirit and High Speed Diesel (Regulation of Supply

and Distribution and Prevention of Malpractices), Order, 2005, the Central Government hereby makes the

following amendment in the notification number S.O. 2133(E) dated the 2^nd June 2021 published in the

Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) dated the 2^nd June, 2021, namely :-

2. In the said notification, for paragraph 2, the following paragraph shall be substituted, namely:-

“2. This Notification shall come into force with effect from the 15^th December, 2022.”.
