(2006 का 34) की धारा 10 की ईप-धारा 5 के साथ पठित धारा 37 के ऄधीन प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए,

भारतीय खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक प्राजधकरण 15 िून, 2021 को भारत के रािपत्र, ऄसाधारण, भाग lll, खंड 4 में

प्रकाजित मूल ऄजधसूचना में संिोधन कर एतद्द्वारा स्ट्वास्ट््य सेवा महाजनदेिालय, स्ट्वास्ट््य एवं पठरवार कल्याण मंत्रालय के

जनम् न ऄजधकाठरयों को खाद्य सुरक्षा ऄजध कारी के रुप में ईनके नाम के सम् मुख ईल् लेजखत क्षेत्र के जलए आस ऄजधसूचना के

प्रकािन की जतजथ से ऄजधसूजचत करता है:-

1.

ताजलका में, क्रम संख्या 5 और सम्बंजधत प्रजवजियााँ हटा दी िाएाँगी;

2.

ताजलका में, क्रम संख्या 26 के पश्चात सम्बंजधत स्ट्तंभों में जनम्नजलजखत प्रजवजियों को ऄंतःस्ट्थाजपत दकया िाएगा,

New Delhi, the 13th December, 2022

F. No. RCD-10002/1/2022-Regulatory-FSSAI.—In exercise of the powers conferred under Sub-Section 5

of Section 10 read with Section 37 of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 (34 of 2006), the Food Safety and

Standards Authority of India hereby notifies the following officers of Directorate General of Health Services, Ministry

of Health & Family Welfare, as Food Safety Officers for the area as mentioned against his /her name with effect from

the date of publication of this notification by amending the principal notification, published in the Gazette of India,

Extraordinary, Part III, Section 4 dated the 15^th June 2021:-

1. In the table, serial no. 5 and entries related to shall be omitted;

2. after serial number 26, the following entries shall be inserted in the respective columns, namely: -
