भारतीय भूजि पत्तन प्राजधकरण अजधजनयि, 2010 (2010 का 31) की धारा 10 के साथ पठित धारा 35 की उपधारा (2)
के खंड (ख) द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारतीय भूजि पत्तन प्राजधकरण (अजधकारी और अन्द्य किवचारी)
भती जर्जनयि, 2016 िें और संिोधन करने हेतु जनम्नजलजखत जर्जनयि बनाते हैं, अथावत्:-
1. संजिप्त नाि और प्रारम्भ - (1) इन जर्जनयिों का संजिप्त नाि भारतीय भूजि पत्तन प्राजधकरण (अजधकारी और अन्द्य
किवचारी) भती (संिोधन) जर्जनयि, 2022 है।
(2) ये रािपत्र िें उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रर्त्त होंगे।
2. भारतीय भूजि पत्तन प्राजधकरण (अजधकारी और अन्द् य किवचारी) भती जर्जनयि, 2016 (जिसे इसके पश् चात् उि
जर्जनयि कहा िाएगा), जर्जनयि 2 िें, िब्िों ‘र्ेतन बैंड तथा ग्रेड र्ेतन अथर्ा र्ेतनिान’, िहां कहीं भी आएं, के स्ट्थान पर
िब्ि “र्ेतन िैठरक्स िें र्ेतन स्ट्तर” रखे िाएंगे।
3. उि जर्जनयिों की अनुसूची िें-
(क) स्ट्तंभ (4) िें, प्रजर्जियों के स्ट्थान पर, जनम् नजलजखत प्रजर्जियां रखी िाएंगी; अथावत्-
“र्ेतन िैठरक्स िें र्ेतन स्ट्तर”;
(ख) सजचर् के पि से संबंजधत क्रि संख् या 1 के सािने-

केंरीय सरकार या राज्य सरकार या संघ राज्य िेत्र प्रिासन या सांजर्जधक जनकाय या स्ट्र्ायत्त जनकाय के अजधकारी-

जनयजित सेर्ा की हो; और
(ख) िो केंरीय सरकार या राज्य सरकार या संघ राज्य िेत्र प्रिासन या सांजर्जधक जनकाय या स्ट्र्ायत्त जनकाय िें प्रिासन,
नीजत, िानर् संसाधन जर्कास, सतकवता, सुरिा तथा जर्जधक िािलों के िेत्र िें िो र्र्व का अनुभर् रखते हों।
ठिप्पण 1- प्रजतजनयुजि की अर्जध जिसके अधीन केन्द्रीय सरकार या राज्य सरकार या संघ राज्य िेत्र प्रिासन या
सांजर्जधक जनकाय या स्ट्र्ायत्त जनकाय के उसी या दकसी अन्द्य संगिन या जर्भाग िें इस जनयुजि के िीक पहले धाठरत दकसी
अन्द्य काडर बाह्य पि पर प्रजतजनयुजि की अर्जध है, साधारणतया पांच र्र्व की आरंजभक अर्जध होगी।
ठिप्पण 2- प्रजतजनयुजि पर जनयुजि के जलए अजधकति आयु-सीिा आर्ेिन प्राप्त करने की अंजति तारीख को 58 र्र्व से
अजधक नहीं होगी।
(ग) जनिेिक (तकनीकी) पि से संबंजधत क्रि संख् या 2 के सािने-
(i) स्ट्तंभ (4) िें, प्रजर्जियों के स्ट्थान पर, जनम्नजलजखत प्रजर्जियां रखी िाएंगी अथावत्-

(ख) िो केन्द्रीय सरकार या राज्य सरकार या संघ राज्य िेत्र प्रिासन या सांजर्जधक जनकाय या स्ट्र्ायत्त जनकाय िें जसजर्ल
कायव या सितुल्य, योिना, जनष्पािन, कायावन्द्र्यन पर कायव करने का और सजििावण दक्रयाकलापों की िॉजनिररंग करने का
तीन र्र्व का अनुभर् रखते हों।

ठिप्पण 1- प्रजतजनयुजि की अर्जध जिसके अधीन केन्द्रीय सरकार या राज्य सरकार या संघ राज्य िेत्र प्रिासन या
सांजर्जधक जनकाय या स्ट्र्ायत्त जनकाय िें उसी या दकसी अन्द्य संगिन या जर्भाग िें इस जनयुजि के िीक पहले धाठरत दकसी
अन्द् य काडर बाह्य पि पर प्रजतजनयुजि की अर्जध है, साधारणतया पांच र्र्व की आरंजभक अर्जध है और इसे ये उधारिाता
संगिन के अनुिोिन के अध्यधीन र्ार्र्वक आधार पर सात र्र्व तक बढाया िा सकता है।

जनयजित सेर्ा की हो; और
(ख)
िो केन्द्रीय सरकार या राज्य सरकार या संघ राज्य िेत्र प्रिासन या सांजर्जधक जनकाय या स्ट्र्ायत्त जनकाय िें
नीजत, योिना और जर्कास, प्रिासन, िानर् संसाधन जर्कास, जर्त्त, सतकवता, न्द्यायालय के िािलों, संचार संबंजधत
िािलों के िेत्र िें पांच र्र्व का अनुभर् रखते हों।
ठिप्पण 1- प्रजतजनयुजि की अर्जध जिसके अधीन केन्द्रीय सरकार या राज्य सरकार या संघ राज्य िेत्र प्रिासन या
सांजर्जधक जनकाय या स्ट्र्ायत्त जनकाय के उसी या दकसी अन्द्य संगिन या जर्भाग िें इस जनयुजि के िीक पहले धाठरत दकसी

सहायक इंिीजनयर या सितुल् य पि के रूप िें सात र्र्व जनयजित सेर्ा की हो; और
(ख) िो केंरीय सरकार या राज्य सरकार या संघ राज्य िेत्र प्रिासन या सांजर्जधक जनकाय या स्ट्र्ायत जनकाय िें जसजर्ल या
इलैजक्रकल इंिीजनयरी िें कायव करने का और सजििावण कायवकलापों की िॉजनिररंग करने का चार र्र्व का अनुभर् रखते
हों।
ठिप्पण 1- प्रजतजनयुजि की अर्जध जिसके अधीन केंरीय सरकार या राज्य सरकार या संघ राज्य िेत्र प्रिासन या सांजर्जधक

section 35 read with section 10 of the Land Ports Authority of India Act, 2010 (31 of 2010), the Land Ports Authority
of India, with the previous approval of the Central Government, hereby makes the following regulations further to
amend the Land Ports Authority of India (Officers and Other Employees) Recruitment Regulations, 2016, namely:-

Short title and commencement. – (1) These regulations may be called the Land Ports Authority of India
(Officers and Other Employees) Recruitment (Amendment) Regulations, 2022.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

In the Land Ports Authority of India (Officers and Other Employees) Recruitment Regulations, 2016
(hereinafter referred to as the said regulations), in regulation 2, for the words “pay band and grade pay or pay scale”,
wherever they occur, the words “pay level in pay matrix” shall be substituted.
