NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 13th December, 2022

S.O. 5852(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 70 of the Information

Technology Act, 2000 (21 of 2000), the Central Government hereby declares the Supervisory Control and Data

Acquisition (SCADA) System installed at following locations of Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd.

(POWERGRID), being Critical Information Infrastructure of POWERGRID, and the computer resources of their

associated dependencies to be Protected Systems for the purpose of the said Act:—

(i)

National Transmission Asset Management Centre (NTAMC), Manesar

(ii)

Below mentioned Regional Transmission Asset Management Centres (RTAMC)

a.

Northern Region - 1, Manesar

b. Northern Region - 2, Jammu

c.

Northern Region - 3, Lucknow

d. North Eastern Region, Shillong

e.

Eastern Region - 1, Patna
