का.अ 5921(ऄ).—जबदक भारत सरकार को लोकजहत में यह अवश्यक प्रतीत होता है दक ऄसम राज्य में नाथथ -

आस्ट्ट नेचुरल गैस पाआपलाआन जिड पररयोजना के गुवाहाटी – नुमालीगढ़ - दीमापुर खंड के माध्यम से प्राकृजतक गैस के

पररवहन के जलए मैससथ आंद्रधनुष गैस जिड जलजमटेड द्वारा एक पाआपलाआन जबछाइ जानी चाजहए;

और भारत सरकार को ईक्त पाआप लाआन जबछाने के प्रयोजन के जलए यह अवश्यक प्रतीत होता है दक ईस भूजम में,

जजसमे ईक्त पाआपलाआन जबछाए जाने का प्रस्ट्ताव है और जो आस ऄजधसूचना में संलग्न ऄनुसूची में वर्णणत है, ईपयोग के

ऄजधकार का ऄजथन दकया जाए;

ऄतः ऄब, भारत सरकार, पेरोजलयम और खजनज पाआपलाआन (भूजम मे ईपयोग के ऄजधकार का ऄजथन) ऄजधजनयम,

1962 (1962 का 50) दक धारा 3 दक ईपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, ईस भूजम मे ईपयोग के

ऄजधकार का ऄजथन करने के ऄपने अिय की घोषणा करती है;

कोइ व्यजक्त, जो ईक् त ऄनुसूची में वर्णणत भूजम में जहतबदध है, ईस ताररख से जजसको ईक्त ऄजधजनयम की धारा 3

की ईपधारा (1) के ऄधीन भारत के राजपत्र में यथा प्रकाजित आस ऄजधसूचना की प्रजतयों साधारण जनता को ईपलब्ध कर

दी जाती है, 21 ददन के भीतर, भूजम के नीचे पाआप लाआन जबछाए जाने की संबंध में, सक्षम प्राजधकारी, मैससथ आंद्रधनुष गैस

जिड जलजमटेड, ऄसम राज्य, को जलजखत रूप में अक्षेप भेज सकेगा ।

MINISTRY OF PETROLEUM AND NATURAL GAS

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 9th December, 2022

S.O. 5921(E).—Whereas it appears to the Government of India that it is necessary in public interest that for

transportation of natural gas through Guwahati – Numaligarh – Dimapur Section of North - East Natural Gas Pipeline

Grid Project in the State of Assam, a pipeline should be laid by M/s Indradhanush Gas Grid Limited;

And, whereas it appears to Government of India that for the purpose of laying the said pipeline, it is necessary

to acquire the Right of User in the land under which the said pipeline is proposed to be laid and which is described in

the Schedule annexed to this notification;

Now, therefore, in exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Petroleum and Minerals

Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962, (50 of 1962) Government of India hereby declares its

intention to acquire the Right of User therein;

Any person interested in the land described in the said Schedule may, within twenty one days from the date of which

the copies of the notification issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the said Act, as published in the Gazette of

India are made available to the general public, object in writing to the acquisition of the right of User therein for laying

of the pipeline under the land to Competent Authority, M/s Indradhanush Gas Grid Limited, State of Assam.
