का .आ. 5923(अ).—िबदक भारत सरकार को लोकजित में यि आवश्यक प्रतीत िोता िै दक असम राज्य में नार्थ -

इस्ट्ट नेचुरल गैस पाइपलाइन जिड पररयोिना के गुवािाटी – नुमालीगढ़ - िीमापुर खंड के माध्यम से प्राकृजतक गैस के

पररविन के जलए मैससथ इंद्रधनुष गैस जिड जलजमटेड द्वारा एक पाइपलाइन जबछाई िानी चाजिए;

और भारत सरकार को उक्त पाइप लाइन जबछाने के प्रयोिन के जलए यि आवश्यक प्रतीत िोता िे दक उस भूजम में,

जिसमे उक्त पाइप लाइन जबछाए िाने का प्रस्ट्ताव िै और िो इस अजधसूचना में संलग्न अनुसूची में वर्णथत िै, उपयोग के

अजधकार का अिथन दकया िाए;

अतः अब, भारत सरकार, पेरोजलयम और खजनि पाइप लाइन (भूजम मे उपयोग के अजधकार का अिथन)

अजधजनयम, 1962 (1962 का 50) दक धारा 3 दक उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, उस भूजम मे

उपयोग के अजधकार का अिथन करने के अपने आिय की घोषणा करती िे;

कोई व्यजक्त, िो उकत अनुसूची मे वर्णथत भूजम में जितबिध िै, उस ताररख से जिसको उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3

की उपधारा (1) के अधीन भारत के रािपत्र मे यर्ा प्रकाजित इस अजधसूचना की प्रजतयों साधारण िनता को उपलब्ध कर

िी िाती िै, 21 दिन के भीतर, भूजम के नीचे पाइप लाइन जबछाए िाने की संबंध मे, सक्षम प्राजधकारी, मैससथ इंद्रधनुष गैस

जिड जलजमटेड, असम राज्य, को जलजखत रूप में आक्षेप भेि सकेगा |

MINISTRY OF PETROLEUM AND NATURAL GAS

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 9th December, 2022

S.O. 5923(E).—Whereas it appears to the Government of India that it is necessary in public interest that for

transportation of natural gas through Guwahati – Numaligarh – Dimapur Section of North - East Natural Gas Pipeline

Grid Project in the State of Assam, a pipeline should be laid by M/s Indradhanush Gas Grid Limited;

And, whereas it appears to Government of India that for the purpose of laying the said pipeline, it is

necessary to acquire the Right of User in the land under which the said pipeline is proposed to be laid and which is

described in the Schedule annexed to this notification;

Now, therefore, in exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Petroleum and

Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962, (50 of 1962) Government of India hereby

declares its intention to acquire the Right of User therein;

Any person interested in the land described in the said Schedule may, within twenty-one days from the date

of which the copies of the notification issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the said Act, as published in the

Gazette of India are made available to the general public, object in writing to the acquisition of the right of User

therein for laying of the pipeline under the land to Competent Authority, M/s Indradhanush Gas Grid Limited, State of

Assam.
