का.आ. 5975(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार को ऐसा प्रतीत होता है दक लोकजहत में यह आवश्यक है दक तेलंगाण राज्य

में पेरोजलयम पिार्थो के पररवहन के जलए "दिष्णपटनम – हैिराबाि पैरोजलयम & पैरोजलयम प्रोडक्टस पाइपलाइन

पररयोिना” के दियान्द्वयन हेतु भारत पेरोजलयम कॉपोरेिन जलजमटेड द्वारा पाइपलाइन जबछाई िानी चाजहए।

और केन्द्रीय सरकार को ऐसी पाइपलाइन जबछाने के प्रयोिन के जलए आवश्यक प्रतीत होता है दक ऐसी भूजम में

िो इससे उपाबद्ध अनुसूची में वर्णित है, और जिसमें उक्त पाइपलाइन जबछाई िाने का प्रस्ट्ताव है, उपयोग के अजधकार का

अििन दकया िाए;

अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, पेरोजलयम और खजनि पाइपलाइन (भूजम में उपयोग के अजधकार का अििन)

अजधजनयम, 1962 (1962 का 50) की धारा 3 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए उस भूजम में

उपयोग के अजधकार का अििन करने के अपने आिय की घोषणा करती है;

कोई व्यजक्त, िो उक्त अनुसूची में वर्णित भूजम में जहतबद्ध है, उस तारीख से जिसको इस अजधसूचना में युक्त भारत

के रािपत्र की प्रजतयां साधारण िनता को उपलब्ध करा िी िाती हैं, इक्कीस दिन के भीतर, भूजम के नीचे पाइपलाईन

जबछाए िाने के जलए उसमें उपयोग के अजधकार के संबन्द्घ में तेलंगाण राज्य के जलए सक्षम प्राजधकारी, “कृष्णपट्नम–

हैिराबाि पेरोएलूम & पैरोजलयम प्रोडक्टस पाइपलाइन पररयोिना‘ भारत पेरोजलयम कॉपोरेिन जलजमटेड

(बीपीजसएल), मकान संख्या 8-2-293/82/A/264-A, पहला तल, रोड नं 10, िुब्ली जहल्स हैिराबाि, तेलंगाण–

500033, को जलजखत पजिमी क्षेत्र पाइपलाइन्द्स प्रोिेक्ट्स को जलजखत रूप में आक्षेप भेि सकेगा।

MINISTRY OF PETROLEUM AND NATURAL GAS

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 14th December, 2022

S.O. 5975(E).—Whereas, it appears to the Central Government of Petroleum Products, that it is necessary in

the public interest that for the transportation of Petroleum Products Pipeline Originating from Krishnapatnam to

Hyderabad. Should be laid in the state of Telangana by Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited.

And, whereas, it appears to the Central Government that for the purpose of laying the said pipeline, it is

necessary to acquire the right of user in the land under which the said pipeline is proposed to be laid, and which is

described in the Schedule annexed to this notification;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Petroleum and

Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby

declares its intention to acquire the right of user therein;

Any person who is interested in the land described in the said Schedule may within twenty one days from the

date on which the copies of this notification issued under sub – section (1) of Section 3 of the said Act, as published in

the gazette of India, or made available to the general public. Object to the acquisition of the Right of the users therein

for earthening the pipe line under the land in the State of Telangana by BPCL. In writing to the Competent Authority,

Krishnapatnam - Hyderabad Pipeline Project Bharat Petroleum Corporation limited, House No. 8-2-293/82/A/264-A,

First Floor, Above Canara Bank, Road No. 10, Jubilee Hills, and Hyderabad -500033.
