का.अ. 6004(ऄ).—यतः, मै. केरल स्ट्टेट आनफामेिन टेक्नोलॉजी आंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर जलजमटेड ने केरल राज्य में ग्राम

पुरक्कड़, तालुक ऄम्बाल््पुज्हा, जजला ऄल्पुझा में सूचना प्रौद्योजगकी एंव सूचना प्रौद्योजगकी समर्थथत सेवाओं के जलए एक

क्षेत्र जवजिष्ट जविेष अर्थथक जोन की स्ट्थापना हेतु जविेष अर्थथक जोन ऄजधजनयम, 2005 (2005 का 28), (जजसे

एतद्पश्चात् ईक्त ऄजधजनयम कहा गया है) की धारा 3 के ऄंतगगत प्रस्ट्ताव दकया था;

और यतः, केन्द्र सरकार ने जविेष अर्थथक जोन जनयम, 2006 के जनयम 8 के साथ पठित ईक्त ऄजधजनयम की

धारा 4 की ईप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए वाजणज्य एवं ईद्योग मंत्रालय की ऄजधसूचना संख्या

का.अ. 2947 (ऄ) ददनांक 18 नवम्बर, 2009 द्वारा ईपयुगक्त जविेष अर्थथक जोन में 13.4415 हेक्टेयर के क्षेत्र को

ऄजधसूजचत कर ददया था;

और यतः, मै. केरल स्ट्टेट आनफामेिन टेक्नोलॉजी आंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर जलजमटेड ने ऄब ईक्त जविेष अर्थथक जोन के

13.4415 हेक्टेयर के सम्पूणग क्षेत्र को ऄनजधसूजचत करने का प्रस्ट्ताव दकया है,

और यतः, केरल सरकार ने ईनके पत्र सं. अइटी–ए2/125/2020-अइटीडी ददनांक 09 ऄप्रैल, 2021 के तहत

प्रस्ट्ताव को ऄनापजत्त प्रमाण पत्र दे ददया है;

और यतः, जवकास अयुक्त, कोचीन जविेष अर्थथक जोन ने ईक्त जविेष अर्थथक जोन के 13.4415 हेक्टेयर के

सम्पूणग क्षेत्र को ऄनजधसूजचत करने के प्रस्ट्ताव की संस्ट्तुजत की हैI डीनोटीदफकेिन के बाद ईपरोक्त क्षेत्र में कम्युजनटी ठरजवग

की स्ट्थापना के जलए वन जवभाग को ईपलब्ध कराने के जलए जमीन राजस्ट्व जवभाग को वापस कर दी जाएगी;

ऄत: ऄब केन्द्र सरकार, जविेष अर्थथक जोन जनयमावली, 2006 के जनयम 8 के प्रथम परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त िजक्तयों

का प्रयोग करते हुए एतद्द्वारा ईक्त ऄजधसूचना को आस ईत्सादन से पूवग दकए गए कायों या दकए जाने के जलए लोजपत को

छोड़कर, रद्द करती है।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 20th December, 2022

S.O. 6004(E).—WHEREAS, M/s. Kerala State Information Technology Infrastructure Limited,

had proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred

to as the said Act) to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for Information Technology and

Information Technology Enabled Services at Village Purakkad, Taluk Ambalappuzha, District Alappuzha

in the State of Kerala;

AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1)

of section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zone Rules 2006, notified an area of

13.4415 hectares at above Special Economic Zone vide Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notification

number S.O. 2947 (E) dated 18^th November, 2009;

AND, WHEREAS, M/s. Kerala State Information Technology Infrastructure Limited has now

proposed to de-notify entire area of 13.4415 hectares of the above Special Economic Zone;

AND, WHEREAS, the State Government of Kerala has given No Objection Certificate to the

proposal vide letter No. IT-A2/125/2020-ITD dated 09^th April, 2021;

AND, WHEREAS, the Development Commissioner, Cochin Special Economic Zone has

recommended the proposal for de-notification of entire area of 13.4415 Hectares of the Special Economic

Zone. After the de-notification, the land will be returned to the Revenue Department in order to get it

available to Forest Department for establishment of community reserve in the above area;

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by first proviso to rule 8 of the Special

Economic Zones Rules 2006, the Central Government hereby rescinds the above notification except as

respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.
