का.आ. 5969(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय रािमागग अजधजनयम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3 के खंड

(क) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, नीचे दी गयी अनुसूची में यथा जवजनददष्ट ओ/ओ. ठे जडप्यूटी कजमश्नर पी.ओ

जिलांग (कनेक्टटग बाईपास) के दक.मी 20.5 से 41.05 मेघालय राज्य के तक के भुखण्ड के संबंध में उि राष्ट्रीय रािमागग

के जनमागण (चोड़ाकरने/चार लेन का बनाने, आदद), अनुरक्षण,प्रबंध और प्रचालन हेतु उि अजधजनयम के अधीन सक्षम

प्राजधकारी के कृत्यों का पालन करने के जलए इस अजधसूचना के रािपत्र में प्रकािन दक तारीख से सक्षम प्राजधकारी के रूप

मे प्राजधकृत करती है।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 20th December, 2022

S.O. 5969(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act,

1956(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule

annexed here to as the competent authorities to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect

from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land from 20.5 to

41.05 of O/o. The Deputy Commissioner P.O Shillong (Connecting Bypass) in the State of MEGHALAYA for

building (widening / four-laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation in the State of MEGHALAYA
