का.अ. 5970(ऄ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय रािमागग ऄजधजनयम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3 के खंड

(क) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, आस ऄजधसूचना के िासकीय रािपत्र में प्रकाजित होने की तारीख से, ईड़ीसा

राज्य के रािमागग संख्या-326 के दक.मी 190.975 से 205.700 (रायगड़ा टाईन & िे. के. पुर टाईन बाआपास) तक के

पेव्ड िोल्डर के साथ दो लेन में ईन्नयन हेतु ईि ऄनुसूची के स्ट्तम्भ (4), (5), (6) और (7) में क्रमिः ईजल्लजखत राज्य,

जिलों, तालुकों और गावों से सम्बजन्द्धत ईि ऄनुसूची के स्ट्तम्भ (3) की तत्सस्ट्थानी प्रजवजि में जवजनर्ददि भूजम के सम्बन्द्ध में

ऄनुसूची के स्ट्तम्भ (2) में ईजल्लजखत ऄजधकारर को ईि ऄजधजनयम के ऄन्द्तगगत सक्षम ऄजधकाररयों के कृत्सयों का जनष्पादन

करने के जलए एतद्द्वारा सक्षम प्राजधकारी के रूप में प्राजधकृत करती है

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 20th December, 2022

S.O. 5970(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act,

1956(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officer mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule

annexed here to as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect

from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land specified in

the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Schedule relating to state, districts, taluk and villages mentioned

in column (4), (5), (6) and (7) respectively of the said Schedule for upgradation to 2 laning with paved shoulders of

km. 190.975 to 205.700 of National HIghway No. 326 (Rayagada town & J. K. Pur town bypass) in the State of

ODISHA.
