का.आ. 5972(अ).—भारतीय मानक ब् यूरो अजधजनयम, 2016 (2016 का 11) की धारा 25 की उप-धारा (3) के

साथ परित धारा 16 द्वारा प्रदत् त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केंद्र सरकार का भारतीय मानक ब् यूरो के साथ परामिध करने

के बाद यह म त है दक यह िनजहत में आवश् यक है, एतद्द्वारा एयर कंडीिनर और इसके संबद्ध पुिे, हमेरिक कंप्रेसर और

िेंपरेचर सेंससग कंरोल (गुणवत् ता जनयंत्रण) आदेि, 2019 में और संिोधन करने के जलए जनम् नजलजखत आदेि करती है,

नामत:-

1. (1) इस आदेि को एयर कंडीिनर और इसके संबद्ध पुिे, हमेरिक कंप्रेसर और िेंपरेचर सेंससग कंरोल (गुणवत् ता

जनयंत्रण) संिोधन आदेि, 2022 कहा िाएगा।

(2) यह आदेि िासकीय रािपत्र में इसके प्रकाजित होने की तारीख से लागू होगा।

2. एयर कंडीिनर और इसके संबद्ध पुिे, हमेरिक कंप्रेसर और िेंपरेचर सेंससग कंरोल (गुणवत् ता जनयंत्रण) आदेि, 2019

में पैरा 1 के उप-पैरा (2) में ‘01 िनवरी, 2023’ िब् दों और अंकों को ‘01 अक् िूबर, 2023’ से प्रजतस्ट् थाजपत दकया िाएगा।

ORDER

New Delhi, the 21st December, 2022

S.O. 5972(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 read with sub-section (3) of

section 25 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016), the Central Government, after

consulting the Bureau of Indian Standards, is of the opinion that it is necessary so to do in the public

interest, hereby makes the following order further to amend the Air Conditioner and its related Parts,

Hermetic Compressors and Temperature Sensing Controls (Quality Control) Order, 2019, namely:-

1.

(1) This order may be called the Air Conditioner and its related Parts, Hermetic Compressors

and Temperature Sensing Controls (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2022.

(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

2.

In the Air Conditioner and its related Parts, Hermetic Compressors and Temperature Sensing

Controls (Quality Control) Order, 2019, in paragraph 1, in sub-paragraph (2), for the words and figures

“the 1^st January, 2023”, the words and figures “1^st October, 2023" shall be substituted.
