का.अ. 5999(ऄ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार को लोकजहत में यह अवश्यक प्रतीत होता है दक आंजडयन ऑयल कॉपोरेिन
जलजमटेड को कच्चे तेल के पररवहन के जलए, न्द्यू म ंरा-पानीपत कच्चा तेल पाआपलाआन पररयोजना के तहत, च डवा गांव से
पानीपत तक पाआपलाआन को ताल का: रापर, जजला कच्छ, राज्य ग जरात मे जबछाइ जानी चाजहए।
और केन्द्रीय सरकार को ऐसी पाआपलाआन जबछाने के प्रयोजन के जलये यह अवश्यक प्रतीत होता है दक ऐसी भूजम
में जो आस से ईपाबद्ध ऄन सूची मे वर्णणत है, और जजस में ईक्त पाआपलाआन जबछाइ जाने का प्रस्ट्ताव है, ईपयोग के ऄजधकार
का ऄजजन दकया जाए ।
ऄतः ऄब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, पेरोजलयम और खजनज पाआपलाआन (भूजम मे ईपयोग के ऄजधकार का ऄजजन)
ऄजधजनयम, 1962 (1962 का 50) की धारा 3 की ईपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रित् त िजक्तय का प्रयोग करते ुएए ईस भूजम के
ईपयोग के ऄजधकार ऄजजन करने के ऄपने अिय की घोषणा करती है ।
कोइ व्यजक्त, जो ईक्त ऄन स ची में वर्णणत भूजम में जहतबद्ध है, ईस तारीख से, जजसको आस ऄजधसूचना में
य क्त भारत के राजपत्र की प्रजतयााँ साधारण जनता को ईपलब्ध करा िी जाती है, आक्कीस दिन के भीतर, भूजम के
नीचे पाआपलाआन जबछाए जाने के जलए, ईसमे ईपयोग के ऄजधकार ऄजजन के सम् बन्द् ध में श्री भरत जे. ऄक्रूवाला,
ऄपर समाहताज (ऄवकाि प्राप्त) सक्षम प्राजधकारी, न्द्यू म न्द्रा पानीपत कच्चा तेल पाआपलाआन पररयोजना, आंजडयन
ऑयल कॉपोरेिन जलजमटेड, प्लोट नं. 346 एवं 347, वाडज नं. 12 बी, गांधीधाम, जजला – कच्छ, ग जरात –
370201 को जलजखत रूप में अक्षेप भेज सकेगा।

MINISTRY OF PETROLEUM AND NATURAL GAS
NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 15th December, 2022
S.O. 5999(E).—Whereas, it appears to the Central Government that it is necessary in the public interest to
lay Crude Oil Pipeline from Chudva to Panipat under New Mundra - Panipat Pipeline Project by Indian Oil
Corporation Limited in Taluka Rapar of Kutch District in State of Gujarat.
And whereas, it appears to the Central Government that for the purpose of laying the said pipeline, it is
necessary to acquire the right of user in the land described in the schedule annexed to this notification.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub Section (1) of Section 3 of the Petroleum and
Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby
declares its intention to acquire the right of user therein.
Any person interested in the land described in the said schedule may, within twenty–one days from the date
on which the copies of this notification, as published in the Gazette of India, are made available to the General Public,
object in writing to the acquisition of the right of user therein or laying of the pipeline under the land to Shri Bharat
J. Akruwala, Additional Collector (Retd.) Competent Authority, New Mundra Panipat Pipeline Project, Indian
Oil Corporation Limited, Plot No. 346 & 347, Ward No. 12 B, Gandhidham, District Kutch, Gujarat – 370201.
