का.आ. 6047(अ).— यतः, मै. नोदकया इंजडया प्राइवेट जलजमटेड, ने तजमलनाडु राज्य के श्रीपेरम्बिुर, कााँचीपुरम

जिले में इलेक्ट्रॉजनक्ट्स, िूरसंचार, आईटी हाडडवेयर का जनमाडण और असैम्बली (मोबाइल फोन, पाटड, संघटक एवं फोन और

नेटवकड के जलए सहायक उपकरण सजहत) एवं सॉफ्टवेयर, आर-डी गजतजवजधयााँ, प्रजिक्षण एवं िूरसंचार में अन्य सेवाओं का

जवकास क्षेत्र हेतु एक जवजिष्ट जविेष आर्थडक िोन की स्ट्थापना हेतु जविेष आर्थडक िोन अजधजनयम, 2005 (2005 का 28),

(जिसे एतद्पश्चात् उक्त अजधजनयम कहा गया है) की धारा 3 के अंतगडत प्रस्ट्ताव दकया था;

और, यतः केन्र सरकार ने, जविेष आर्थडक िोन जनयमावली, 2006 के जनयम 8 के साथ पठित उक्त अजधजनयम

की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए जनम्नजलजखत क्षेत्रों को अजधसूजचत तथा अनजधसूजचत

दकया था, जिसका जववरण नीचे ताजलका में दिया गया है:-

और यतः, मै. नोदकया इंजडया प्राइवेट जलजमटेड ने अब उपरोक्त जविेष आर्थडक िोन से 9.8270 हेक्ट्टेयर के क्षेत्र

को अनजधसूजचत करने का प्रस्ट्ताव दकया है;

और यतः, तजमलनाडु सरकार ने उनके पत्र सं. 5134/एम्आईई.2/2021-1 दिनांक 19 िुलाई, 2021 के तहत

प्रस्ट्ताव को सहमजत िे िी है;

और यतः, जवकास आयुक्त, मेप्ि, एसईिेड ने जविेष आर्थडक िोन के 9.8270 हेक्ट्टेयर के क्षेत्र को अनजधसूजचत

करने के प्रस्ट्ताव की संस्ट्तुजत की है। मै. सालकॉम्प टेक्नोलॉिीि इंजडया प्रा. जल., (एसईिेड में जस्ट्थत) अनजधसूजचत भूजम का

उपयोग डीटीए इकाई के रूप में करेगी;

और यतः, केन्र सरकार इस बात से संतुष्ट है दक अजधजनयम की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (8) के अंतगडत अपेक्षाओं तथा

अन्य सम्बंजधत अपेक्षाओं को पूरा कर जलया गया है;

अतः अब, जविेष आर्थडक िोन अजधजनयम, 2005 की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) के िूसरे परन्तुक द्वारा प्रित्त

िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए और जविेष आर्थडक िोन अजधजनयम, 2006 के जनयम 8 के अनुसरण में केन्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा

9.8270 हेक्ट्टेयर के क्षेत्र को अनजधसूजचत करती है, जिसके पठरमाणतः कुल क्षेत्रफल 53.7862 हेक्ट्टेयर हो िाएगा।

अनजधसूचना हेतु जनम्नजलजखत ताजलका में उजल्लजखत सवेक्षण संयायाएं और क्षेत्र िाजमल है, अथाडत:-

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 23rd December, 2022

S.O. 6047(E).—Whereas, M/s. Nokia India Private Limited, had proposed under section 3 of the

Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a sector

specific Special Economic Zone for manufacture and assembly of electronics, telecommunications, IT

Hardware (including mobile phones, parts, components and accessories for phones and networks) and

development of software, R&D activities, training and other services in telecommunication at

Sriperumbudur, Kancheepuram District in the State of Tamil Nadu;

AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section

(1) of section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules 2006, had notified

and de-notified the following areas as details given below in the table: -

AND, WHEREAS, M/s. Nokia India Private Limited has now proposed for de-notification of

9.8270 hectare from the above Special Economic Zone;

AND, WHEREAS, the State Government of Tamil Nadu has given its approval to the proposal

vide letter No. 5134/MIE.2/2021-1 dated 19^th July, 2021;

AND, WHEREAS, the Development Commissioner, MEPZ, SEZ has recommended the proposal

for de-notification of an area of 9.8270 hectare of the Special Economic Zone. Further, M/s. Salcomp

Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. (located in the SEZ) will function as a DTA unit in the de-notified land;

AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government is satisfied that the requirements under sub-section (8)

of section 3 of the said Act and other related requirements are fulfilled;

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub-section (1) of

section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic

Zones Rules, 2006, the Central Government hereby de-notifies an area of 9.8270 hectare, thereby making

the resultant area as 53.7862 hectares. The survey numbers and the areas for de-notification are given

below in the table, namely:-
