का.आ. 6046(अ).—यत:, मै. लाससन एण्ड टूब्रो प्राईवेट जलजमटेड, िो गुिरात राज्य में एक जनिी संगठन है, ने

गुिरात राज्य में ग्राम अंखोल तथा बापोि, तालुक वडोिरा, जिला वडोिरा में सूचना प्रौद्योजगकी एवं सूचना प्रौद्योजगकी

संबंजधत सेवाओं के जलए एक क्षेत्र जवजिष्ट आर्थसक िोन की स्ट्थापना हेतु जविेष आर्थसक िोन अजधजनयम, 2005 (2005 का

28) (जिसे एतद्पश्चात उक्त अजधजनयम कहा गया है) की धारा 3 के अंतगसत प्रस्ट्ताव दकया था;

और यत:, केन्द्र सरकार ने जविेष आर्थसक िोन जनयम 2006 के जनयम 8 के साथ पठठत उक्त आजधजनयम की धारा 4

की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, उपरोक्त जविेष आर्थसक िोन में जन्नलजलजखत ताजलका में दिये

गये क्षेत्रों को अजधसूजचत/अनजधसूजचत दकया था : -

और यत:, मैं. लाससन एण्ड टूब्रो प्राईवेट जलजमटेड ने अब उक्त जविेष आर्थसक िोन के 0.7842 हेक्टेयर के क्षेत्र को

अनजधसूजचत करने का प्रस्ट्ताव दकया है;

और यत:, गुिरात सरकार ने उनके पत्र सं. आईसी/इन्द्रा/एसईिेड/1618058 दिनांक 26 फ़रवरी, 2020 के तहत

प्रस्ट्ताव को अनापजत्त प्रमाण पत्र िे दिया है;

और यतः, जवकास आयुक्त, कांडला, एसईिेड ने जविेष आर्थसक िोन के 0.7842 हेक्टेयर के क्षेत्र को अनजधसूजचत

करने के प्रस्ट्ताव की संस्ट्तुजत की हैI प्रस्ट्ताजवत अनजधसूजचत भूजम का उपयोग एसईिेड के जलए पार्किंग स्ट्थल के रूप में दकया

िाएगा;

और यत:, केन्द्र सरकार, इस बात से संतुष्ट है दक अजधजनयम की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (8) के अंतगसत अपेक्षाओं

तथा अन्द्य संम्बजधत अपेक्षाओं को पूरा कर जलया गया है;

अत:, अब जविेष आर्थसक िोन अजधजनयम, 2005 की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) के िूसरे परन्द्तुक द्वारा प्रित्त

िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए और जविेष आर्थसक िोन जनयमावली, 2006 के जनयम 8 के अनुसरण में केन्द्र सरकार

एति् द्वारा 0.7842 हेक्टेयर के क्षेत्र को उक्त जविेष आर्थसक िोन के भाग में से अनजधसूजचत करती है, जिसके पठरमाणत:

कुल क्षेत्र 4.3265 हेक्टेयर हो िाएगा। अनजधसूचना हेतु जन्नलजलजखत ताजलका में उजल्लजखत सवेक्षण संख्याएं और क्षेत्र

िाजमल है, अथासत:-

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 23rd December, 2022

S.O. 6046(E).—Whereas, M/s. Larsen and Toubro Limited, had proposed under section 3 of the

Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a sector

specific Special Economic Zone for Information Technology and Information Technology Enabled

Services Sector at Village Ankhol and Bapod, Taluka Vadodara, District Vadodara in the State of Gujarat;

AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1)

of section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules 2006, notified/de-notified

the areas at the above Special Economic Zone as per details given below in the table: -

AND, WHEREAS, M/s. Larsen and Toubro Limited has now proposed for de-notification of

0.7842 hectares at the above Special Economic Zone;

AND, WHEREAS, the State Government of Gujarat has given its approval to the proposal vide

their letter No. IC/INFRA/SEZ/1618058 dated 26^th February, 2020;

AND, WHEREAS, the Development Commissioner, Kandla Special Economic Zone has

recommended the proposal for de-notification of an area of 0.7842 hectares of the Special Economic Zone.

The proposed de-notified area shall be used as parking lot for SEZ;

NOW, WHEREAS, the Central Government is satisfied that the requirements under sub-section (8)

of section 3 of the said Act and other related requirements are fulfilled;

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub-section (1) of

section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic

Zones Rules, 2006, the Central Government hereby de-notifies an area of 0.7842 hectares, thereby making

resultant area as 4.3265 hectares. The survey numbers and the areas for de-notification are given below in

the table, namely:-
