का.आ. 6106(अ).—केंद्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो िाने पर दक लोक जहत में नाजभकीय ईंधन और संघटक,

भारी िल और संबद्ध रसायन तथा आजण्िक ऊिाा का जिजनमााण या उत्पािन करने िाले स्ट्थापनों की सेिाओं को, िो

औद्योजगक जििाि अजधजनयम, 1947 (1947 का 14) की पहली अनुसूची के मि 28 के अधीन आती हैं, को उक्त अजधजनयम

के प्रयोिनों के जलए लोक उपयोजगता सेिा घोजित दकया िाना चाजहए;

और केंद्रीय सरकार ने भारत सरकार के श्रम और रोिगार मंत्रालय की अजधसूचना सं. का.आ. 1798(अ), तारीख

12 अप्रैल, 2022, द्वारा अंजतम रूप से, तारीख 24 अप्रैल, 2022 से छह मास की अिजध के जलए उक्त औद्योजगक स्ट्थापनों

को उक्त अजधजनयम के प्रयोिनों के जलए लोक उपयोगी सेिा घोजित दकया था;

और केंद्रीय सरकार की यह राय है दक लोक जहत उक्त औद्योजगक स्ट्थापनों को लोक उपयोजगता सेिा प्राजस्ट्थजत की

छह मास की और अिजध के जलए जिस्ट्तार करने की अपेक्षा करती है;

अत:, अब, केंद्रीय सरकार, औद्योजगक जििाि अजधजनयम, 1947 (1947 का 14) की धारा 2 के खंड (ढ) के

उपखंड (vi) के परंतुक द्वारा प्रित्त िज‍ तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, घोजित करती है दक उक्त औद्योजगक स्ट्थापनों में लगी हुई

सेिाओं को इस अजधसूचना के प्रकािन की तारीख से छह मास की अिजध के जलए उक्त अजधजनयम के प्रयोिनों हेतु लोक

उपयोगी सेिा के रूप में घोजित करती है ।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 28th December, 2022.

S.O. 6106(E).—Whereas the Central Government is satisfied that the public interest so requires that the

services engaged in the industrial establishments manufacturing or producing Nuclear Fuel and Components, Heavy

Water and Allied Chemicals and Atomic Energy, which are covered under item 28 of the First Schedule to the

Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (14 of 1947), to be a public utility service for the purposes of the said Act;

And whereas the Central Government has lastly declared the said industrial establishments to be a public

utility service for the purposes of the said Act for a period of six months from the 24th April, 2022 vide notification of

the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour and Employment number S.O. 1798(E), dated the 12th April,

2022;

And whereas the Central Government is of the opinion that public interest requires the extension of the

public utility service status to the said industrial establishments for a further period of six months;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub-clause (vi) of clause (n) of section

2 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (14 of 1947), the Central Government hereby declares the services engaged in

the said industrial establishments to be a public utility service for the purposes of the said Act for a period of six

months with effect from the date of publication of notification.
