मंरालय के ददनांक 27 ददसंबर, 2021 के का.आ. सं. 5421(अ) के तहत भारत के रािपर, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3,

उप-खंड (ii) में प्रकाजित आदेि में जनम् नजलजखत संिोधन करती है, अथायत:

उक्त्त्त आदेि की प्रस्ट्तावना के पैरा 4 में, “30 िून, 2022 तक” िब् दों, अंकों और अक्षरों के स्ट् थान पर “31 मार्य,

2023 तक या अगले आदेि होने तक, िो भी पहले हो” िब् द, अंक और अक्षर रखे िाएंगे।

ORDER

New Delhi, the 30th December, 2022

S.O. 6172(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Jute

Packaging Materials (Compulsory Use in Packing Commodities) Act, 1987 (10 of 1987), the Central

Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the

Ministry of Textiles, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, sub-Section (ii)

vide number S.O. 5421(E), dated the 27^thDecember, 2021, namely:-

In the said Order, in the Preamble, in paragraph 4, for the words, figures and letters “up to the

30^th June, 2022”, the words, figures and letters “up to the 31^stMarch, 2023 or until further orders, whichever

is earlier” shall be substituted.
