सा.का.जन.930(अ).—अजखल भारतीय सेिा अजधजनयम, 1951 (1951 का 61) की धारा 3 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत

िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्‍द र सरकार, तजमलनाडु सरकार के परामिश से भारतीय प्रिासजनक सेिा (िेतन) जनयमािली, 2016 में

आगे और संिोधन करते हुए एततद्वारा जनम् नजलजखत जनयम बनाती ह, नामत: :-

ये जनयम भारतीय प्रिासजनक सेिा (िेतन) चतुथश संिोधन जनयमािली, 2022 कहलाएंगे ।

(2)

ये जनयम राजपत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रिृत होंगे ।

भारतीय प्रिासजनक सेिा (िेतन) जनयमािली, 2016 की अनुसूची II में:-

भाग क में राज् य सरकारों के अधीन भारतीय प्रिासजनक सेिा में ििरष् ठ िेतनमान के ऊपर के िेतन िाले पदों से संबंजधत

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 30th December, 2022

G.S.R. 930(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the All India Services

Act, 1951 (61 of 1951), the Central Government, in consultation with the Government of Tamil Nadu hereby makes

the following rules further to amend the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Rules, 2016, namely:─

1. (1)

These rules may be called the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Fourth Amendment Rules, 2022.

(2)

They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2.

In the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Rules, 2016, in Schedule II,–

(a)

in Part A relating to Posts carrying pay above the Senior Scale of pay of the Indian Administrative Service
