(1) के अधीन िारी की गई भारत सरकार के सड़क पररवहन और रािमागग मंत्रालय की अजधसूचना संख्या का.आ.
3488(अ).— दिनांक 28 िुलाई, 2022, िो भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खण्ड 3, उपखंड (ii) दिनांक
28 िुलाई, 2022 में प्रकाजित की गई थी, में पैरा नंबर 1 और 2 में जनम्नजलजखत संिोधन करती है:

बेल्लारी-मोका-केएन/एपी सीमा का रखरखाव,
िबदक सड़क पररवहन और रािमागग मंत्रालय में भारत
सरकार की अजधसूचना संख्या का.आ. 5088(अ).—,
दिनांक 8 दिसंबर, 2021द्वारा, भारत का रािपत्र,
असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उप-धारा (ii) राष्ट्रीय रािमागग
अजधजनयम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3ए की उप-
धारा (1) के तहत िारी (बाि में उक्त अजधजनयम के रूप में

को "डेक्कन हेराल्ड" और "होसा दिगंथा" िोनों में प्रकाजित
दकया गया है; उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3ए की उप-धारा
(3) के तहत;

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 4th January, 2023
S. O. 38(E).—In the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and
Highways, S.O. 3488(E), dated 28th July, 2022, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3,
Sub section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3D of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the
Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in Para No. 1 and 2:-

Whereas by the notification of the Government of
India in the Ministry of Road Transport and
Highways, , published in the Gazette of India,
Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii)
issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the
National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956)
(hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central
Government declared its intension to acquire the
land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said
notification for building (widening/four-laning,
etc.), maintenance, management and operation of
Bellary-Moka-KN/AP Border as part of Hassan-
Raichur Economical Corrioder under Bharatmala
Pariyojana in the stretch of land from Km. 0.00 to
Km. 34.144 (Special Land Acquisition Officer,
NHAI, Ballari, at 4th Main Road 5th Cross Opp,
Gangaparameshwari Kalyana Mantappa
Vidhyanagar Ballari, in the district of BALLARI in
the state of KARNATAKA.
Whereas by the notification of the Government of India
in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways,
number S.O. 5088(E) dated:08th December, 2021,
published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary,
Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) issued under sub-
section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act,
1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said
Act), the Central Government declared its intension to
acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to
the said notification for building (widening/four-laning,
etc.), maintenance, management and operation of
