फा. स. एिी.19032/5/2015-एएआई-एमओसीए.—राष्ट्रीय नागर जिमानन नीजत, 2016 की धारा 26 की

उप-धारा (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केंद्रीय सरकार के अनुमोदन से सक्षम प्राजधकारी, एतद्द्वारा राष्ट्रीय

नागर जिमानन नीजत, 2016 में जनम्नजलजखत और संिोधन करती है, अथाात्: -

इस नीजत में, खंड (घ) में, पैरा 14 में, जनम्नजलजखत परन्तुक को िाजमल दकया जाएगा, अथाात्:-

“पंजीकरण संख्या िीटी-एईई, िीटी-एईएफ, िीटी-एईजी, िीटी-एईएच और िीटी-एईआई िाले पांच बोइंग बी777-200

एलआर जिमानों को िाजमल दकए जाने की तारीख से 42 महीने की अिजध के जलए गगन अजधदेि से छूट दी गई है, बिते ये

जिमान केिल आईएलएस अनुपालनकताा हिाईअड्डों के जलए/से उडान भरेंगे।”

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 2nd January, 2023

F. No. AV-19032/5/2015-AAI-MOCA.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (a) of

section 26 of the National Civil Aviation Policy, 2016, the Central Government with the approval of the Competent

Authority, hereby makes the following further amendments in the National Civil Aviation Policy, 2016, namely:-

In the said Policy, in paragraph 14, in clause (d), the following proviso shall be inserted namely:-

“Five Boeing B777-200 LR aircraft bearing registration No. VT-AEE, VT-AEF, VT-AEG, VT-AEH & VT-AEI are

exempted from the GAGAN mandate for a period of 42 months from the date of induction with a condition that these

aircraft will fly to/from ILS complaint airports only.”
