का.आ. 55(अ).—रेल मंत्रालय, सरकार। भारत सरकार, एतद्वारा नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में जनर्ददष्ट भ भूजम, जजसके

संबंध में अजधसूचना का.आ. 4699(अ) ददनांक 07/12/2020 को रेलवे अजधजनयम, 1989 की धारा 20ए (1) के तहत

जारी दकया गया था और भारत के राजपत्र ददनांक 24/12/2020 में प्रकाजित दकया गया था और बाद में अजधजनयम की

धारा 20 ई के तहत अजधसूचना का.आ. 5036(अ) ददनांक 07/12/2021 ददनांक 07/12/2021 के भारत के राजपत्र में

प्रकाजित, जैसा दक अनुसूजचत में दिााया गया िेत्र जनपटान और भूजम अजभलेख जनदेिालय (डीएसएलआर), अजधकाररयों

के साथ संयुक्त मापन सवेिण के समय साइट पर जनधााररत िेत्र से अजधक ददखाई देता है । गोवा सरकार के सिम

प्राजधकारी के रूप में िेत्र पर सीमांदकत िेत्र के अनुसार पुरस्ट्कार को अंजतम रूप दे रहा है ।

NOTIFICATION

Bengaluru, the 6th January, 2023

S.O. 55(E).—The Ministry of Railway, Govt. of India, hereby withdraws from acquisition, the lands

specified in the Schedule below, in respect of which notification vide S.O. 4699 (E) dated 17^th Dec’ 2020 was issued

under Section 20A (1) of Railway Act, 1989 and published in Gazette of India dated 24/12/2020 and subsequent

declaration under Section 20E of the Act vide notification S.O. 5036(E) dated 07/12/2021 published in the Gazette of

India dated 07/12/2021, as the area indicated in the Schedule has appear more than the area demarcated on the site at

the time of Joint Measurement Survey with the Officials of Directorate of Settlement & Land Records (DSLR), Govt.

of Goa as the Competent Authority is finalizing the award as per the area demarcated on the field.
