का.आ. 100(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय रािमागग अजधजनयम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3 के

खंड (क) द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, नीचे िी गयी अनुसूची में यथा जवजनर्िगष्ट NH51 के

दक.मी. 496.848 से दक.मी. 527.575 तक के भूखण्ड के संबंध में उि राष्ट्रीय रािमागग के जनमागण (चौड़ा करने/चार लेन

का बनाने, आदि), अनुरक्षण, प्रबंधन और प्रचालन हेतु उि अजधजनयम के अधीन सक्षम प्राजधकारी के कृत्यों का पालन करने

के जलए इस अजधसूचना के रािपत्र मे प्रकािन की तारीख से सक्षम प्राजधकारी के रूप में प्राजधकृत करती है।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 6th January, 2023

S.O. 100(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways

Act, 1956(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of the

Schedule annexed here to as the competent authorities to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act

with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of

land from Km. 496.848 to Km. 527.575 of the NH51 for building (widening / four-laning, etc.), maintenance,

management and operation in the State of GUJARAT.
