का.आ. 103(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय रािमागग अजधजनयम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3 के खंड (क)

द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, इस अजधसूचना के िासकीय रािपत्र में प्रकाजित होने की तारीख से, उड़ीसा

राज्य के राष्ट्रीय रािमागग संख्या 130C के दक.मी. 201.600 से दक.मी. 208.300 (धमगढ़ बाइपास) तक के पेव्ड िोल्डर

के साथ िो लेन में उन्नयन हेतु उि अनुसूची के स्ट्तम्भ (4), (5), (6) और (7) में क्रमिः उजल्लजखत राज्य, जिलों, तालुकों

और गावों से सम्बजन्द्धत उि अनुसूची के स्ट्तम्भ (3) की तत्सस्ट्थानी प्रजवजि में जवजनर्िगि भूजम के सम्बन्द्ध में अनुसूची के स्ट्तम्भ

(2) में उजल्लजखत अजधकारर को उिअजधजनयम के अन्द्तगगत सक्षम अजधकाररयों के कृत्सयों का जनष्पािन करने के जलए

एतद्द्वारा सक्षम प्राजधकारी के रूप में प्राजधकृत करती है।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 6th January, 2023

S.O. 103(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act,

1956(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officer mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule

annexed here to as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect

from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land specified in

the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Schedule relating to state, districts, taluk and villages mentioned

in column (4), (5), (6) and (7) respectively of the said Schedule for upgradation to 2 laning with paved shoulders from

Km. 201.600 to Km. 208.300 of National Highway No. 130C (Dharmagarh Bypass) in the State of ODISHA.
