का.आ. 102(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय रािमागग अजधजनयम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3 के

खंड (क) द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, नीचे िी गयी अनुसूची मे यथा जवजनदिष्ट NH80 के

दक.मी. 215.00 से दक.मी. 260.00 तक के भुखण्ड के संबंध में उि राष्ट्रीय रािमागग के जनमागण (चौड़ा करने/चार लेन का

बनाने, आदि), अनुरक्षण,प्रबंध और प्रचालन हेतु उि अजधजनयम के अधीन सक्षम प्राजधकारी के कृत्यो का पालन करने के

जलए इस अजधसूचना के रािपत्र मे प्रकािन दक तारीख से सक्षम प्राजधकारी के रूप मे प्राजधकृत करती है।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 6th January, 2023

S.O. 102(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act,

1956(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule

annexed here to as the competent authorities to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect

from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land from Km. 215

to Km. 260 of the NH80 for building (widening/four-laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation in the

State of JHARKHAND as specified in the sechedule given below:

SCHEDULE

Land acquisition on National Highway No. NH80 in the State of JHARKHAND on the stretch from Km. 215.00 to
