NOTIFICATION
Bilaspur, the 9th January, 2023
S.O. 128(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (6) of Section 20F of the Railways
Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) Railway (amendment) Act, 2008 (11 of 2008) (hereinafter referred to as the said
Act), the Central Government hereby appoints the officer mentioned in column (2) of the table below as
Arbitrator to perform the functions as such authority under the said Act, with effect from the date of
publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the special railway project of ―Wadsa –
Gadchiroli New BG Rail line (49.50 KM) Project‖ in the State of Maharashtra relating to district
mentioned in column (3) of the said Table for the purpose of Land Acquisition of such special railway
project.
